Beach Rotana - Abu Dhabi  

We used the hotel during a two day stop-over, between flights from Asia to Europe, and it was ideal. Hotel was well located, plenty of amenities. The room and hotel were clean, well presented etc, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was well connected to a shopping mall via indoor route, therefor no need to venture outdoors in mid- summer heat. Italian restaurant in hotel served very nice food, reasonably priced. We stayed at height of Abu Dhabi summer so got rooms for cheap, giving us incredible value.

If yiou're looking ofr a "beach" hotel then this may not be for you. The Beach Rotana beach is more of a sandy inlet rather than a seaside beach.

Excellent staff and facilities cannot be faulted.

Some noise from construction site opposite but not a big problem. Whatever the signs say, they allow smoking in the lobby and restaurants.

The serivce is excellent the staff are giving this hotel a+++ I didnt see such a service in any hotel ... the hotel is clean and comfortable , I recommend it for others diffenetly .

Just advice for others to know the difference between the hotel and the suit of Beach rotana , if u want to be with other people and to feel the vacation near facilities u need to book in the hotel, if you want isolation and far away from faciltiy u can book in the suit its in another building and you need to walk distance to reach to the hotel ..

They don't have valet parking. Also, the suites are in different place.No free Internet and no breakfast.I was on floor 21th the corridors bit narrow Suites little bite old.need to be renwed

The room is fantastic, the cleaning services are very good, the location is good "attached to AbuDhabi Mall", and the staff are very welcoming.

The internet is costly and the connection is with a cord.

The staff provided a very personal service and often went out of their way to help. My son and myself were made to feel as if they really cared for our circumstances, as we were dealing with business after the death of my husband in Abu Dhabi two months ago. Phone calls were made by the Concierge in order to expedite our business and staff frequently asked how things were progressing, showing genuine concern for our feelings. The Business Centre staff remembered my name and were very helpful.The hotel was very lavish and had a wide choice of restaurants as well as a large garden with plenty of space to sunbathe. Housekeeping was immaculate and very flexible to suit us.

I didn't like the fact that smoking was permitted in public areas, which made it uncomfortable for a non-smoker to enjoy sitting in the cafe. I found myself having to sit in my room rather than in the beautiful public area because it was so unbearably smoky. I also did not like the fact that internet use was so expensive- I would only require to check emails and to check-in at the airport fror our return flight. I would have liked to see even limited availability offered without charge to a private individual like myself. Nearby hotels offer this service which I have used on previous visits to my husband.

One of few hotels in Abu Dhabi with private beach , access to a famous shopping mall , and has good restaurants.

The staff is very courteous and helpful, I can arrange a driver to and from the airport, and it is close by shopping and recreation areas plus if you can get out to the sun the sunning area is nice. And the bed is excellent.

Last time I stayed (in Dec) I upgraded so this time without an upgrade I wasn't as happy with the room.

The convenience of the location, it was right next door to the Abu Dhabi Mall. If you didn't want to you could just stay around the hotel as it has everything there that you need. The service in the restaurants was fabulous especially in Pregos, the staff made you feel like one of the family.

We have stayed In the Beach Rotana several times and it never fails to impress ! The Restaurants and choice of dining was very good We stayed during the new year period and the place was packed ! The staff were always on hand and addressed any issues promptly .

No real issues .

Very good for families as it is integrated with Abudhabi Mall. Easy for shopping any time.

Kitchen orientation was congested.
