The elevated terrace on the beach is really great. The elevated terrace on the beach is really great. The employees don’t understand what a non smoking room is. Even when we specifically ask for it in our reservation we still were placed in a smoking room. As non smoking rooms of the same category were not available at the time, the management should have upgraded us to the next category. But they refused to do it, and that was very unpleasant. |

It's a shame there is no longer an Indian restaurant in what appears to be a hotel run by ethnic Indians/ people from the sub-continent. |

The beach was nice, but that's all really! It was stuck in a plastic, tacky 70's time warp. We did not trust to eat any hotel food... The Indian club music was not tasteful. |

The beach This hotel is rated as a four star hotel, and yet it was lacking in the amenities that are typical for a four star. There was no hot water for a shower, the facilities were run down, and the price of a buffet breakfast compared to what was offered, left much to be desired. For what we got, it wasn't worth what we paid. For this type of money, we will spend a bit more and stay at a five star in the future. |

On the beach, cloaee to town, no beach/pool towels until 9 am - no understanding that people like to swim early; one towel per day is a silly rule . |

I liked the location of the hotel and the swimming pool& beech. The hotel is basically for Europeans, according to my experiance.I went with my kinds ans selected the hotel based on my requirement of having a good kids paly area, which was inforemd in your website but actually it is not there. The facilities are less.I suggest show in the website what is actually there. |

The pool area is realy great, nice deep, big pool. The beach area was good also. Breakfast was good, not exellent but good. They also have table tennis that we really enjoyed. The booking was made strictly no smoking, when we got there what dit we get, a smoking room!!! No other rooms were available. Being serious non smokers that kinda ruined the room for us as it reeked of stale smoke. Hotel staff dit make a effort though to show us a different room. |

The ambiance is good, I enjoyed a lot in the sea side eventhough the staff there in the reception is thE worst customer service I've ever had. First, I booked a reservation via phone somebody and it's a guy he told me that I'm with the client can you call me back after 10 mins. As what he addressed to me. Very rude!!! Poor customer service ideally in the reception. Try to have trainings for customer service |

It's close to enough to the highway to make it convenient to leave. The local stop light has been changed to all easy exit to the town. I did not like the fact that when I arrived they did not have a no smoking room as I had stipulated on your site. On their print-out it only says, "non-smoking preferred" !! not good Enough. I had to pay a substancial premium to get a no smoking room that was classified at a higher rate. There was nothing in the room that justified the added expense. |

Clean and less crowded beach and pool. Property is good, however hotel restaurants need a lot of improvement. breakfast was quite 'sad'. Hotel management must spend some time and money for staff trainings. good staff but lack of training! |
