Burj Al Arab  

Every thing was excellent. We had a very nice view looking at the gulf. The food was realy heavenly. The children realy enjoyed Wild Wadi. I relaxed in the spa and swimming facilities. All in all it was a geat expectation.

Firstly, I was surprised that they got the days wrong to begin with, which I had to clarify to them by e-mail. Secondly, they were not sure that the children were in the original booking so I had to show them the booking confirmation. Finally they charged me an extra aed.878.4 Stating it’s charged for the 1st night stay even though this was not mentioned in the original booking. I have gladly paid it because we have enjoyed the amenities tremendously. I wish that they have mentioned it in the original booking so you don’t get any surprises or disappointments.

Iconic hotel known worldwide, excellent facilities but attention to detail slightly lacking and staff training regarding local attractions etc could be better. Expensive but worth it for the experience.

Not a good value pricing

I had difficult with sistem control of room. Our tv doesn't work e the atention was later.

Didnt like the tv channels wasn't nice and the screen was not clear

It was amazing from the welcome to the check in inside the suite, the view when they opened the blinds to the impeccable service from the staff, the fabulous surroundings and granduer. We stayed one night but arrived 7am and got straight into our suite so we managed to make the most of one night by having a day and a half in the hotel. We popped out to do a little shopping as this was a stop over on the way home to Australia and had to pick up some last minute gifts but could not wait to get back to the hotel and make the most of it. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We managed to get a great deal on a panaromic view suite and had lunch and dinner there so really made the most of it. Loved it!!!

The only down side was that it was a religous holiday and they could not serve alcohol from 7pm. To us it was not a big deal as we had a month in Europe and had our fair share of alcohol but with only the one night it would have been hard if this was a singular special trip eg. anniversary or birthday etc. Some people did seem upset in the Restaurant. Maybe the hotel should advertise these holidays to allow people to arrange different dates if possible instead of advising on check in.

Everything is special in Burj Al Arab.. I really spent a very nice time.. & that was my first time which I did not leave the hotel.. I spent 24hrs only in the hotel.. really amazing..

Stay at this hotel exceeds every expectation. We were checked in at early hour due to morning arrival of our airplane from Bangkok. The class and luxe of this hotel is simply undescriable. You have to experience it once in your live.The rooms are incredible. I liked the marmer stairs in the room very much. The outdoor swimming pool is very relaxed and the staff are very kind and attentive. Best hotel we stayed so far.

The only minus is the price of the hotel which may not make it very easy to return soon.
