Amazing...!! The hotel is incredible, the service is outstanding and the food in unbelievable...!!! The Suite was huge (and we stayed in the smallest), with amazing facilities. You really do feel like royalty, especially with the butler service. We did the 6 course degustation dinner in the Seafood Restaurant, which was just awesome. The best hotel we have ever stayed in. It was everything we hoped for. Highly highly recommend it, despite the price tag.

Very expensive, but a must do once in your life!

Every thing was excellent. We had a very nice view looking at the gulf. The food was realy heavenly. The children realy enjoyed Wild Wadi. I relaxed in the spa and swimming facilities. All in all it was a geat expectation.

Firstly, I was surprised that they got the days wrong to begin with, which I had to clarify to them by e-mail. Secondly, they were not sure that the children were in the original booking so I had to show them the booking confirmation. Finally they charged me an extra aed.878.4 Stating it’s charged for the 1st night stay even though this was not mentioned in the original booking. I have gladly paid it because we have enjoyed the amenities tremendously. I wish that they have mentioned it in the original booking so you don’t get any surprises or disappointments.

Incredibly expensive even for every day items - E.G. bottle of water - 50aed. Burger - 200aed. The personal butler started to get annoying - I don't need to be escorted to my room every time I go there, though I suspect that most of the guests like this attention, I just wanted to relax and found it difficult to do so.

The views and the size of the suites.

The staff all seem to be beaten into submission. They try to be friendly and helpful but there are no real smiles and little desire to help from most of them. The food quality is way below average for a luxury hotel and the price is heads above all hotels. The facilities are overly glitzy yet fit. The suites are fantastic. The problem as I see it is the management. Their staff are obviously very unhappy and that carries over to how they staff interacts with the customer. I would not stay at this hotel again no matter how low the rate was.

It was amazing from the welcome to the check in inside the suite, the view when they opened the blinds to the impeccable service from the staff, the fabulous surroundings and granduer. We stayed one night but arrived 7am and got straight into our suite so we managed to make the most of one night by having a day and a half in the hotel. We popped out to do a little shopping as this was a stop over on the way home to Australia and had to pick up some last minute gifts but could not wait to get back to the hotel and make the most of it. Would stay again in a heartbeat. We managed to get a great deal on a panaromic view suite and had lunch and dinner there so really made the most of it. Loved it!!!

The only down side was that it was a religous holiday and they could not serve alcohol from 7pm. To us it was not a big deal as we had a month in Europe and had our fair share of alcohol but with only the one night it would have been hard if this was a singular special trip eg. anniversary or birthday etc. Some people did seem upset in the Restaurant. Maybe the hotel should advertise these holidays to allow people to arrange different dates if possible instead of advising on check in.

A truly amazing hotel experience that I would reccommend to any frien, family or work collegue!!

We liked everything about our stay, it was amazing.

Everything is good, especially the concierge who help us to book the evening safari tour. When the pickup came half and hour late, he spoke with the tour manager to let us have a complimentary tour. At the end we paid the driver half of the published price, but we were happy that the hotel concierge did his best to take care of his guests.
