Very nice hotel, all staff very pleasant and helpful, attached to a very nice shopping mall. Very nice gym.

Pool area small and shaded.

Comfortable with plenty of room and close to main transport links.

The internet charges were expensive and I wouldn't recommend the hotel for anyone who needed access for more than a few minutes to check emails. It was the only downside to an otherwise quality establishment.

I like very much the design and ambiance of the hotel as well as the excellent quality of service provided to us. We can shop, cook and eat as if it is your home.

The charge for internet usage is high and free in most Dubai hotels. The staff at check out were very inefficient.

Excellent location with huge room that are both well equipped and appointed. The rooms are surprisingly quiet and at the higher end of those ever in Dubai. If anything the hotel doesn't promote its location strongly enough being built above a small, high end mall. This has the fitness centre which you get free access to as part of staying at the hotel. Also, even though the restuarant is small and really only for breakfast, the mall has seafood, sushi, italian and Lebanese restuarants. There are also a number of coffee shops and fast food outlets. This allows for a great deal of choice and at very reasonable prices. Geographically, it is a ten minute taxi journey from the Dubai Conference Centre, Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. Another five minutes further brings you to the marina, palm, etc. Bearing in mind that taxis are relatively cheap in Dubai it means that it is easy to get around from the hotel. Also, the hotel is only ten to fifteen minutes to Dubai Airport.

The room mainds are a little too insistent about cleaning the rooms sometimes. Overall an excellent place to stay
