The apartment was spacious and clean and fantastic value for money. Breakfast was buffet with a wide choice. The metro was within easy access through the shopping centre on the 3rd floor. Great for business, couples or family. |

The perfect melding of hotel luxuries with apartment convenience. Very big rooms with all the facilities provided for, with professional, efficient and friendly service. Tv channels very limited (do not even have regional free channels); improvement in the quality of room service food and breakfast buffet; shower/bath stall very awkward to get in and out of; for some reason the curtains in the living room and the bedroom do not close properly I.E. the light comes in no matter how well you try to cover all gaps |

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, our classic suite was huge with stylish & comfortable furnishings and seperate living room & bedroom. Loved having the little kitchen area with a full size fridge & freezer meaning we could bring in our own water & soft drinks. All staff were very friendly & helpful especially the concierges who we used to book different trips/restaurants throughout our stay. We had 5 days in this hotel before moving to the JW Marriott in Deira for 2 nights & there is no comparison, the Burjuman wins hands down for location, as well as quality of rooms and value for money. |

I have stayed at this hotel several times but this time the service was not as good as before.(for example we asked for shampoo and slippers and they did not replace soap and body lotion) |

I booked the premium room, which was very big. Around the hotel there is not much to do. We stayed there to visist the old town of dubai, but it's not necessary to stay this close. Maybe it would be better to stay close to the Burj and Dubai Mall which was sooo nice! |

The value for money for the size and finishings of the suite - Every service took alot of time, would be attended only in minimum 20 minutes , Food in the menu was horrible , smoking room did not have good ventilation the nasty smell would stay in strength for long periods |

Location, next to Burjaman mall Rooms come with King size bed, and staff were not flexible in changing to two seperate beds. The second Bad thing is about the Health club, very rude Fitness First satff and they would not allow kids below 16 to use the main pool. For me it was a hotel without a swimming pool. |
