BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana - Dubai  

My husband and I stayed at Burjuman for a week. We were very pleased with everything the hotel had to offer. The location made it very easy to catch a cab and go anywhere in the city very easily. We did not use the pool, as it was shaded and opted to visit the beach instead. The cab ride was under $10.00 American dollars and enterance to the park was $5.00 per couple. The buffet breakfast was good, and you are able to order special made omletes and eggs which was very nice, and we never had to wait for a table. The washer and dryer in the apartment was also a bonus, as it allows to you to pack light and save the space for the many souviners!! My only complanint would be the internet. It should be free for guests. The staff was wonderful and very helpful to our many questions. We would definately stay here again.

Pools - Either a childrens pool or a lap pool not standard recreational.

Unaccurate time manegment,because until 3:30 pm we didnt get room ,we came at 11:30 am because they sent amassege to me asked me about the chick in time and I worte 11:30 but they didnt write to me any massege ( accepted or refused ),one person in the receiption is very taff and unrespectable his name is (Emad)

Rely Excellent hotel

The Hotel Staff and failities were outstanding.

Rooms could have been cleaned better. Returned from a desert tour and left some sand on bathroom floor. Still there after room was cleaned. Toilet paper not replaced

We liked everything about the Burjurman Arjaan and would highly recommend the Hotel

Slow in room service

Suites are very large. Beds are comfortable. Room has everything: microwave, cooktop, iron/ironing board, refrigerator, plates, glasses and silverware. Since it's next to a large mall, you can either eat there or at one of the several restaurants across the street. A Metro stop is about 10 minutes by walking. From the 10th and 18th floors, you can see the Arabian Gulf, though you're looking at a port, not a sandy beach.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The best thing in this hotel was the Fitness First club it was really interesting and in the other hand the shopping mall just in the third floor of the hotel. The breakfast until 1 pm.

There is no cold water in the both room

It's near by everything and it's in th junction of Dubai metro

Internet is available but the charge is very expansive for one day is equal to one month for me. Internet should be free everywhere

Very nice location, comfortable and luxurioushotel. Freindly and helpful staff.It has a huge and impressive gym.

It is more convenient if Internetaccess is free especially for businedd travellers.
