The only way I can describe this hotel is "a 2 star hotel with a 5 star beach" catering predominantly for Russians. The room was mouldy, the pillows were old, heavy and compacted with years of human sweat... Same with the mattress. The staff looked miserable. The breakfast was really bad. |

The Staff were excellent! Very dated decor, elevator needs replacing, improved lighting on the room floors, carpets had a damp smell,shower was not fully functional, bathroom became flooded after every shower. |

Location by sea, friendliness and helpfulness of restaurant staff, The breakfast was quite basic with no fresh fruit. The baby pool, and main pool, have no shade at all so children are exposed to sun while swimming. There is a big drop down (3-4feet) with no fencing from pool area to beach area which could be dangerous. No sectioned off swimming area in sea & fast jet skis can come as close to beach as they want. I saved someone from drowning while lifeguard not by pool but did not even get a thankyou or acknowledgement from hotel manager. |

Balcony and the View of the Ocean the hotel is old. Nobody informed us that the hotel staff is also checking the room at late afternoon, we were sleeping and suddenly somebody was in our room. |

Here where you find very good dinner with only few main dishes.Staff are nice. Pool & beach are also nice. Breakfast is not satisfactory for me. I also fased deficulty in keeping permenant internet connection.Bathroom has old fasion design but fair. |

Staff very Helpfull, quick on any request. Lorry pumpping wast after midnight, could be done in day time, as it did wake us up. |

Shuttle-buses to Dubai and Sharjah, beach very close, nice swimming pool, free bath towels. We didn't get information that there was shuttle-bus to Sahara shopping center until I found out it by myself. |
