it's very nice hotel, staff very helpful and always smile. really nice place to stay in yas island, not for from airport so many places you can visit near by.

No one to help you with your bags No fast food restaurants around hard to find a Gas station, you need to travel half the way to Dubai to do so

Very fast free wi-fi, a rich gym, amazing pool.

The hotel is is new, rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The restaurant offers a variety of healthy choices for all tastes. Staff is friendly, overall I was satisfied with the experience.

Ideal for stop over but no facilities ie shops near.

the place is close to Ferrari World & Du Arena " for attending concerts" & far from city center & the crowded areas.

- The pool area is not big & it was hard for me to find a place & therefore i couldn't stay on the pool & enjoy swimming. - Empty mini bar as per the policy of the hotel. - Not much you can buy from the shop at the lobby

Good quality hotel in the ideal location for attending events / visiting attractions on Yas Island.

Room was a bit small, although clean and comfortable. Perfectly fine for a short stay.

When we stayed in the hotel and they froze nearly 900dhs against the room as standard security, but its been 2 weeks tomorrow and they still have not released the money, even though I have emailed, phoned and spoken to staff several times. They have offered no compensation for the interest they have made on the money, sitting in their bank accounts and if you where an international traveler, waiting for this money to be cleared could be a big problem. Don't go there!

There was some construction noise in the next morning? Also the wall were a bit thin, I could hear the next room tap and shower....

Pretty good price. Front desk offered, and I accepted Rotana membership.

A little more info about the beach could have been available. Possibly ability to buy concert tickets in the lobby.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool facility was a bonus. Taxis and right outside the door. I paid less for a six night stay here than I did for a three night stay right next door at the Staybridge Suites! I did not have time to use the restaurant but the room service and pantry quality of food were excellent and portions plentiful! Also the complimentary bottles of water in the room every day were welcome.

I like Centro Yas Rotana because it is affordable, & location and nice.

I don't like our room its smell stinks, tobacco/cigarrets. I was suffered allergic rhinitis because of the smell and did not able to sleep.
