The woman in the travel agent was not frindly or helpful at all. She should be replaced.

I liked it very much i was upgraded to a 3bedroom .

the resturent unsatisfied and the lobby is very small.

we wanted a two bed apartment but they kindly upgraded our room to a three bedroom. which was nice as we didn`t ask them to. The location was great. staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The kitchen needed a good clean. inside the draws and cupboards were clean but the outside wasn`t.

the apartment is spacious. clean. very close to Dubai mall, at the financial center metro station and I mean at the metro station.

the serviceI requested an extra pillow for my baby and had to wait 75 minutes.ut after I talked to them by the phone, the services became excellent

it is verry close to dubai train station.there is many resturant near it.

taxi was always available. the staff were polite and kind.

the area for spa was not ideal. there were no windows in the rooms and kitchen.

the bell man was great

no face towels in room had to ask for them. the travel person did not do her job I complain to the night manager. I asked her to confrim my seats

We enjoyed the ease of checking in and politeness of the staff. The gym and swimming pool were excellent. The apartment did not have all the items in the kitchen stated on the inventory, however the staff did bring in a few extra items when requested. I think that it should be checked prior to arrival of guests. Road noise was a little excessive, we were on the 11th floor which is the highest level for short term lets, if on floors below this then the noise volume would be greater.

We did not like the restaurant area. It didn't have the atmosphere that made you want to use it. To sit outside was very noisy with the road noise, a fact that I know can not be changed. From the web site I thought that there was going to be a cafe area downstairs when in fact it was outside and around the side of the building. The porters outside on the first evening called for a taxi, they didn't say that because it was a more luxury cab that it was going to cost more. They didn't tell us that all we had to do was to walk to the road to call for one.

I would like there had been a pool inside the hotel.

The 3 bedrooms appartment is confortable

apartment hotel right next to the Red Line Financial Area train station, thus, easy access to public transport and close to The Mall of Dubai and that new Dubai tower. as this is an apartment hotel the 1 bed room apartment was equipped with the necessary including kitchen appliances and dishes. room decor was a bit sparse however compared to a hotel room. gym and steam room were adequate.
