the location. I stayed at chelsea four years ago and it was an excellent experience.the apartments were new and clean.Unfortunately,this time we stayed at the 34th floor in a-not-so-clean apartment. The floor,bathroom and some cooking utencils were the dirtiest.There was no rug in the living-room,the safe box needed fixing and we didn't receive any news papers . |

close to shopping and transport the rooms could be cleaner, there was a dirty ear cotton bud on the floor of our batrhroom when we arrived and it was still there when we left. only 1 wine glass, no instructions for washer/dryer, needs a good clean and restock of kitchen bits & pieces |

Hotel is in a good location as taxi to anywhere is no more than 50dir. View is nice. Rooms are large and kitchen has everything you could need. Windows dont open so there was no fresh air. Pool is shaded until 11.30 by the building and the space for sunbeds is very small. |

We asked for late checkout (3pm). They accepted. Next day, they keep calling us at room from 1pm till 2:15pm. That bothered us alot. That is un offical way to ask your guest to remind them to leave the hotel. One call enough if the guest lates for any reason. But we've got acceptance for late so why they called us more than 5 calls during 2 hours??? |

loved the location, the metro is right in front of the hotel. the housekeeping was excellent. overall decor, cleanliness n quality of furnishings were superb. wud definitely book this hotel again. |

Location was good as it is on Sheik Zayed Road and too close to Dubai Mall as well I didnt like that the pool and the Cafe was closing at 10:00 PM, We in Holiday would like to spend the night time on the pool or at least the cafe . |

Every thing was great , when you check in try to ask the staff to give you room in the high floors and on sheikh zayed road Perfect location (front of Metro station ) , good price , lovely staff |

appartment is so specious , the location @ sheikh zayed road is excellent, especially it's so close the metro station, they agreed to keep the car @ the hotel garage for free after we checked out, till we finish our tour by the metro. the appartment air was filled with cigarrate smokes & the bathroom smelled bad. dustbins very small @ bathrooms, also there were no enough dust bins in the rooms, also suffered the lack of tissue boxes & towels were very old & look dirty. the living room furniture is poor and dirty, |

The staff were courteous and the view was excellent. I had a room on the 34th floor and I enjoyed the Shiekh Zaid road directly looking at the tallest tower in the world (Burj Dubai) |

Good spacious accommodation, & a great roof top pool. Lack of washing up supplies in room, lack of tour/activities information, reception staff not particularly friendly & were hard to understand, asked Tour desk about 2 different tours but was steered towards a 3rd more expensive one which was a complete rip-off. |

The swimming pool was closed for refurbishment which was one of the main reasons for choosing these apartments. We have an 8 year old child so this was very important. Booking.com did not advise us of this and also the reception at Chelsea Towers did not advise us either. We only found this information when we tried to use it. We checked out after 1 night very unhappy. The swimming pool was closed and no-one informed us prior to check in. Very Dissatisfied reference this. The apartments themselves were very nice and the views were amazing. I have stayed in Chelsea Towers before and will stay there again. Obviously I was very dissapointed the pool was closed but will stay there again. |
