Chelsea Tower Suites & Apartments  

Personalet var meget tilmøtekommende og vi fikk sjekke inn i vår 3 romsleilighet 6 timer før(landet tidlig på morgenen). Trimrom og bassengområde var fint.Ble behandlet som "konglige".

Mye støy fra trafikk selvom vi bodde høgt oppe(6 filer i hver retning rett utenfor). Noe harde senger, kunne vært noe tykkere overmadrass.

Location

The internet is expensive it should be complementary with room price also they asked for deposit which I didn't like especieally it was not mentioned during time of booking, the reception staff were not welcoming even when they were mistaking and delaying the process (apology is not in their dictionary)

the best thing in Chelsea is the Location.

1. The internet not free even in the Lobby and very expensive. 2. there is nothing in the mini bar.

It's spacious

Eeeeeew the bathroom smelled like pee . The bed's sheets are over-used . The entrance and the lobby should be changed since its four star hotel

Big dimension of the room and quite of the hote. As well position, for my puprose, was perfect.

Price was extremely high because I was travelling alone for business. It became resonable if you're traveling with more people. Same rate diveded more people

Location

The housekeeping is below standard and the flats need better maintenance.

Close to Metro station. Large apartment.

I have stayed at Chelsea a few times now and I like it because the apartments are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. They have everything that we need for a comfortable stay.

We arrived early in the afternoon of 23rd June and were told we would have to wait until 2pm to checkin - this is normal so we didn't grumble and they brought us tea while we waited - which was very thoughtful. However at 2pm we were told we would have to wait for a further half hour. As we had just driven up from Muscat (over four hours on the road) we were tired and hungry so we had to go out for lunch in our travelling clothes and could only get to our room after that. A pile of dirty dishes was kept in the corridor near our room for 24 hours. They were there when we arrived at the room and next morning I told reception to move them, they were still there at lunch time and I had to tell reception again to get them moved. They did it the second time. These two incidents make me feel that standards and efficiency are slipping a bit at Chelsea.

Excellent hotel specially the great location and the great views. Staff are very helpful and friendly

There is now tab at the Toilette which is very important for Cleanliness

the location was good close to dubai mall 10dhs to reach there by taxi

I stayed for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom apartment. one of the bathrooms had no hot water ,I complained on the first night and they did'nt fix it until the second night late at 10 pm after a complained to the manager.I was really disappointed this time with their service and staff.I tried chelsea tower 3 years ago which I was very happy before with the staff and managment.but now it seems they changed the managment and whole staff.

This was the sixth time I've stayed at chelsea towers and have already booked two x two bedroom apartments with youi for the end of march.I find the towers friendly, well situated even more so now as the financial metro station is on its door step giving access to all of dubai. The most important thing is that it has not priced itself out the market.

My only complaint is that you have to pay for internet services, on my two week stay I had to pay £80 for two weeks internet.It was £40 for 1 week or £80 for 1 month there was nothing for 2 weeks. in most hotels the internet is free

Location was convenient - a 5 min walk from where I had to be for work. Hotel staff were friendly.

Found bugs in the bed! Breakfast area and variety of food items needs improvement.

Many Prostitutes outside, waiting for "something". The Rooms are not clean. Only the bed was good prepared and clean. Everything else was not clean. Since they have appartments and Guests are cooking inside, you'll smell it everywhere. I left this hotel and went to another one. (evet I had payed for the next two nights and didn't get my money back)
