we wanted a two bed apartment but they kindly upgraded our room to a three bedroom. which was nice as we didn`t ask them to. The location was great. staff were very friendly and helpfull. The kitchen needed a good clean. inside the draws and cupboards were clean but the outside wasn`t. |

the apartment is spacious. clean. very close to Dubai mall, at the financial center metro station and I mean at the metro station. the serviceI requested an extra pillow for my baby and had to wait 75 minutes.ut after I talked to them by the phone, the services became excellent |

likes location and pool metro right outisde hotel dislikes booked two months in advance told 3 bedroomed on high floors (48 floors in total) and requested maids room arrived to be given 3 bedroomed 12th floor no maid room. after lots of complaining given 15th floor with box room no bed or anything for maid!!! 2 bathrooms and four towels between 4 adults and 2 kids!!!! 1 pillow each. tv only in lounge and master bedroom will certainly look for better value elsewhere |

Yes , I asked for non smoking room , the duty manger claimed that he gave us non somking room , when we went to the room ,it smilled like storage of smoke. When I asked the porter he said it smill like smoking room, I called the duty manager and he insisted it is non smoking, finally he changed the room. |

We enjoyed the ease of checking in and politeness of the staff. The gym and swimming pool were excellent. The apartment did not have all the items in the kitchen stated on the inventory, however the staff did bring in a few extra items when requested. I think that it should be checked prior to arrival of guests. Road noise was a little excessive, we were on the 11th floor which is the highest level for short term lets, if on floors below this then the noise volume would be greater. We did not like the restaurant area. It didn't have the atmosphere that made you want to use it. To sit outside was very noisy with the road noise, a fact that I know can not be changed. From the web site I thought that there was going to be a cafe area downstairs when in fact it was outside and around the side of the building. The porters outside on the first evening called for a taxi, they didn't say that because it was a more luxury cab that it was going to cost more. They didn't tell us that all we had to do was to walk to the road to call for one. |

Very polite and helpful staff, a lovely room as well. the gym facilites were also very good. The room was fantastic but could have done with Sky Sports as the choice was a bit limited. I didn't have too much time in the hotel but didn't find a bar or an area to meet with other business folk prior to getting a meal. For international customers this is quite important, whether alcohol is served or not. Gym facilities excellent, badly let down by a poor changing room. |
