Great and helpful staff. It was great to be offered free internet also,, Assortment of clubs, although not exactly popular or crowded you'd better go somewhere else.. I was astonished that the rate of the hotel was 4 stars, frankly speaking, 3 stars is more than fair., Its an Indian hotel by large..very few other nationalities.. The moldy smell is everywhere as you read in other comments, and the hotel entrance, all the way to the elevator stinks with spicy food smell ! especially in the morning.. ! and the business room they have is right inside of the breakfast lounge which means, you again have to go through a stinky smell on the way in/out in the morning. One more thing, the moldy smell in the room mostly is because so many customers spell their beer on the floor while trying to use this stupid next to the fridge attached beer bottle opener which stands on the side, so whenever and no matter how you try to open a beer bottle, it spells all over the place ! asked for a beer opner to avoid this and they wouldn't get me, I brought in the room service guy and showed him myself ! that's where the naughty moldy smell comes from in my opinion. When they made my room, they always cheap out and don't put fresh soap so I always have to ask for it. Always difficult to find a taxi from the hotel and there is no shop or super market nearby which is very annoying, you feel isolated from the world ! If you get the same rate on another hotel, don't book here again, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff was nice friendly and welcoming. As I had booked through booking.com I was not informed that I will have to pay a security deposit of 500 derhams which will be refunded on the day of departure. I found this was offensive as I had paid for the hotel by cash on the first day and then told I need to pay an extra 500 derhams as security. I also was very disappointed with the sofas bed in my room as the springs where hurting my childrens back, had to complain to get it changed. Very noisy hotel not ideal if you are a light sleeper or have children as you can hear the noise till 3am in the morning

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival... Made an effort to provide good service. The breakfast choice was basic, but adequate. I had requested an airport pick up when booking the hotel... And to be informed if it was not possible... The pick-up didn't materialise, and no information given about it's non-arrival. Clearly the reservation staff don't read customers' bookings. However, the duty staff were very apologetic and tried to make amends: a fruitbowl was sent, and a return shuttle at reduced rate was given: the taxi to the hotel cost 46dh (includes 20dh airport surcharge) The normal airport shuttle was around 75dh.)

It's very close to restaurants and shops in an inexpensive area of Dubai. Free parking is abundant next door to the hotel. Rooms are a fair size. I was surprised to find my room had an ashtray in it, as I didn't ask for a smoking room. Perhaps all rooms were for smokers? Bedding, etc smelled of tobacco.

Provided upgrade to larger room. All bars were closed due to Ramadan and I think that there should have been some mention of this on the hotel information. Bathroom floor flooded whenever shower or bath used.
