The Country Club Hotel Dubai  

Hotel staff was nice friendly and welcoming.

As I had booked through booking.com I was not informed that I will have to pay a security deposit of 500 derhams which will be refunded on the day of departure. I found this was offensive as I had paid for the hotel by cash on the first day and then told I need to pay an extra 500 derhams as security. I also was very disappointed with the sofas bed in my room as the springs where hurting my childrens back, had to complain to get it changed. Very noisy hotel not ideal if you are a light sleeper or have children as you can hear the noise till 3am in the morning

I really enjoyed my few days staying at the Country Club Hotel. The staff were friendly and couldnt do enough to help, the room was spacious and clean. The location was a little bit away from the city centre (Dubai Mall, Burj Kalifa etc) but taxis were very reasonable. I would definately stay here again.

its suitable to my budget

Location is good, 15min to Dubai mall and cost around 20Dhs which equals 4euro.. Food in hotel is of good quality and very reasonably priced. Hotel guests are mainly Indian families. Sports bar was a nice venue for drinks after a long day of work/shopping. Filipino bar was nice for dancing, Indian bar dito but I felt like a stranger there as all guests were Indian. Hotel staff is courteous and polite.

Only complaint I have is that I was charged for a blood stain in the mattrass causing me to pay for a new one?! Eventhough it wasnt much (80-100euro) i still find it Unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay comfortable located well for all amenities enjoyed the pool and great for kids.great food served by the pool and bar. Fantastic overall will book again.

The price was good. The bar was good and my room was good for the most part.

Inernet did not work in my room and I was asked to bring my laptop down to the front desk. There were not face clothes which appeared no one knew what they were.

Staff were welcoming, clean hotel and value for money.

The noise from the club. The management of the hotel should try and make the clubs sound proof. Noise not so bad anyway. Apart from this noise , the hotel is excellent.

Stayed for 4 nights having been on an Emirates cruise.Close to the Port however a taxi had to be taken for every journey as it is on the edge of the city.Friendly staff, clean pool did not try the spa but was reasonably priced. Although check in time was 2 pm they provided a room fairly quickly as we had to leave the cruise liner at 8 am, which we appreciated.

The bar had live music which could be heard from our room, quite noisy at times.Finished at 1 am in the week, later on the weekend would therefore would not book this hotel if you like a quieter stay.

Had a lovely time. It was great value for money. There was a lovely spa treatments. The pool was ok... always space though quite small. It may feel out of the way, but it was rarely more than 2/4 pound taxi ride from.anyway if you are staying for hols.
