We arrived late in the evening and they upgraded our deluxe room to an executive one at the same rate for all our stay. Excellent food ( indian ), great service and friendly staff. There is a shuttle to the beach, and they have great places to spend the evening. Easy to get taxi. I would recommend this hotel for young couples. A little far from shopping areas. Not within walking distance. |

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. No complaints. The car hire Company the selected took an unauthorised amount from my credit card as a deposit - watch this for the future in hiring a car in Dubai, try and pay by cash if possible. |

it is a calm hotel, easy to reach and to find on the map...staff on my second day were great ..easy check out at the reception we had some little misunderstanding ...its good there were an arab guy who could explain |

enjoyed the trip to the desert and the meal on the creek. the coffe shop was good value and desk staff were pleasant. the disco was noisey, the concerage did not speak good english and it was difficult to get taxis. Dissapointed with Dubai, found the food poor and exspensive. not sure Dubai will be a good holiday destination as it has limited appeal. |

The buffet was great with lots of warm food to choose from including exotic foods. The room was very spacious and the huge bed very comfortable. Though the hotel was published to be conveniently located close to the center, it was not within walking distance to the center. However, taxis are easy to get and costs only a couple of dollars. |

Room rate could be less in the prevailing economic downturn as compared to other similar hotels in Dubai.Services rendered by staff were all well attended promptly and attitude demonstrsted by the staff were all very satisfactory.Employees Fe from Philippines and Christina from India Goa should be especially comended It was said that Lebanese dance would be there but we failed to find it. |

Clean, good sized rooms with good facillities. We were upgraded on arrival which was a bonus. Good location for us as we needed to be near the business areas. Good reception staff - very organised and quick. Confusion over airport pick up/drop offs - we got a shuttle bus to the hotel on arrival, but were told that they didn't operate a shuttle buses service when we asked to be taken back to the airport. |
