The room was neat & clean and the hotel is located in a nice place.

Wifi is very very poor

Staff were pleasant and due to limited space and short notice I was upgraded, which was good considering the long hours i was working.

Last time i stayed room was very nice, regulor customer hotel staff give good priority, i hope it will be always.

It was horrible day, I dont recomend this hotel. I am wondering how they got this rate?? for a couple of reasons: - Wake up alert at 4 am repeated many times that cause horror and when the whole hotel get down in the reception as there was no answer from reception. The staff were smiling and saying ( False Alarm) even they didnot apologize or send another message. - No free parking Services - Bed is not confortable - Hot Water is not working - Staff open door while sleeping to check coffee and tea staff!!! It was really bad

too bad cant get late check out. The staff called me to prepared for check out maximum up to 1400hrs, where in my other hotels I could get upto 1500hrs-1600hrs.

Spacy room, and free wifi.

Problem with lighting, and no free parking and the hot water is coming very late to take a shower.

Really enjoyed the friendlyness of staff and cleaniness.

I was not very happy about the alarm that woke me up the morning a few times and then it was just a false alarm when we contacted reception. Its was very fustrating.

Was not impressed with the alarm going off 5 times!! This has happen twice since iv been there.. It's horrible to wake up early with a loud nose, other than that love it there!

Clean, quite bur totally un-organized staff.

The staff were not organized and took long time working on my booking to assign a room then complete the info and assign a key. In general the whole staff are not trained at all even the room service entered my room twice without any notice (the second he entered in the middle of my room then says sorry :)

Water system, specially hot water need time to reach. 10 Dirhams extra charge for parking which is 15 Dirhams. الماء الحار يحتاج وقت ليصل إليك تكلفة المواقف في العادة تكون 15 درهما لكنهم يتقاضون 25 درهما للموقف.

The Hotel is idealy located. It is walking distance from the shopping area and there are many international food outlets in the area. There is unlimited free internet access.

Breakfast booking is mandatory and is per night stayed. if you are checking out early you will miss it but have already paid for it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very comfortable.

Free Wifi throughout the hotel. the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Parking in Abu Dhabi is always a problem. The hotel(like many in Abu Dhabi) does not have its own parking area. the hotel is 'dry', but if you would like a alcoholic drink there are plenty of 'wet' hotels withing 5 to 10 minutes walk.
