“ This hotel is excellent, close to airport,city centre, metro station. Clean & very good service and staff. My room is ready when arrived. They are different now. They clean my room everyday. Great Location - A 2min walk from City Center Mall. Kitchen facility, especially when traveling with children. Great parking area with access to room floor. Excellent staff.

Nice, clean, good location. Friendly staff. Very convenient rooms. Good breakfast, quite atmosphere. I like it. Just a minor water leak from toilet washer.

The location was good and the hotel is very comfortable. Surprisingly the bell boys and the waiters were very cooperative but the manager had such a cold response as if he came from an Igloo in december.

Staff friendly and obliging Airport transfer did not arrive.. Suites comfy but a bit dated ... wifi did not work the whole time we were there...shower was only tepid at best

The swimming pool and the gym were fantastic. Wifi was the best. Food was delicious. The rooms and toilets were not that clean. Reception staff were not friendly. But not all of them!! I wish that the pool was open at night, the view would be fantastic.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient. Rooms are comfortable and good size. Hotel is quiet, pleasant, good smelling and clean. I will stay in the same hotel if the prices are suitable in future.

Good location for shopping, near to airport & all Deira area. Easy to find taxi. Very good staff, good studio suit. Just opposite to city centre. All basic were in the studio If you are looking for night clubs, disco OR such activity then you have to go to some other places. Generally no dislikes for this

It was a very good experience over all. Facilities are just more than what I would've asked for. Perfect location, spacious room with anything you need, swimming pool and gym, beautiful calm lobby. The only negative is the restaurant, although I shouldn't generalize. I ordered a vegetable pizza which looked and tasted nothing like pizza! Looked like a different dish! It was weird.

It was centrally located, easy access to the metro and shopping mall Terrible wifi, could not really communicate with the outside world for almost a week. Poor key system, was always looked out of the room, had to always go back to the lobby to reset keys
