The rooms did not have cigarette smell which other hotels tend to have; the pillows were fluffy and the linen smelled fresh I felt the price should have included breakfast; it was a bit too high to be only boarding price. |

we arrived on the 6am flight, however our room was ready and we checked in early, no probs at all. really comfortable and clean room. hotel is fairly new and we got a good deal on our room. all in all, it was an excellent value for money. |

Very clean room,Very clean bathroom.More of a 5 star hotel rather than a 4 star.If you could not find something that you loved thanyou are hard to please.Highly recommended. Thank you booking.com. I wanted to stay one more night at the same rate the girl at the reception agreed at first but the manager objected and refused. |

With the roadworks in front of the hotel, we found it a bit difficult to get to the supermarket opposite the hotel. However, Deira City Centre was within walking distance and we could get onto the Dubai Metro easily. They should get their internet service fixed. My research shows that it is an ongoing problem. |

The room was large. The in-room facilities were excellent. Very modern hotel. There is no small supermarket/ cafe nearby except by the city centre which is a ten minute walk. Breakfast was average. |
