I arrived in Dubai with a late flight and reach the hotel at midnight. There was only one towel and the watwer was warm. For 180 usd you might want a relaxing shower.

Location Value for money

I had to change the room because of; TV, Internet and drainage problems. I did it 1 day before I leave because As I stated before it was for business purpose and I didn't had the time.

We booked the hotel to catch an early flight the next morning. The location was extremely convenient to the airport and only cost 10 AED for a taxi to the airport. It is also convenient to the Metro Rail. The hotel concierge also allowed us to keep our car in the parking garage to avoid parking at the airport. Great customer service. I would recommend this hotel.

Appearance of the hotel inside was very nice.

Check was very slow and there seem to be a lot of confusion for the guess after me with a large group.

This is good hotel for somebody going to travel from Dubai International Airport

I booked 2 suits via booking.com for me and my family( total 9). Where I mentioned clearly that I want to have 2 suits open to each other since I have small children. Unfortunitly this is not happened and they gave me 2 suits beside each other but not opened to each other which forced me whole night to switch between the looking after my children.

The suite was nice, the balcony big enough, plenty of chairs, tables and other furniture. The whole building is ok. All the staff except for the front office were very nice and friendly, and did their job. Close to Deira Shoppingcenter and clos to tube.

We made a reservation trough Booking.com and it was confirmed by a preauthorisation from my visa for the first night, as all hotels usually do. But when we arrived late at night, in accordance with the plan, the man had already sold our suite to another person, who paid a higher price. Even though we made the deal before we arrived that we would arrive late, but was going to pay also for the half day it would be empty. We showed him the paper from the hotel that confirmed this. He did not care and told me that we would not get any suite for the rest of our 9 days long stay. We were told to either take the double room or find another hotel. We took the small room, got an extra bed for our son and had to leave it at that until the morning. But I phoned Booking.com, and the next day, just before lunch, we got our suite that we ordered in the first place. As you can read out of other comments too, there seems to be some kind of holiday broker doing dealings in the foyer who becomes a bit of a pain with his customers as they seem to be complaining/arguments with him all the time. We are going back to Dubai next year, but took the time of checking out the hotels. We have booked through Booking.com. Without them we would have been doomed in this hotel. Never stay here! There are lots of other hotels that do not sell booked rooms to higher price. Keep clear of this nightmare frontdesk. And keep it trough Booking.com!

It has an ok location. However there are many more hotels around this location.

1.The staff seem very inexperienced and struggle to handle customers. 2.The evening meals were not properly explained to you, i.e. there is a menu and buffet to choose from, however you can mix these up. This was explained on the last night of stay! 3. The hotel is run down looking inside and out considering it is a 4 star! 4. There seems to be some kind of holiday broker doing dealings in the foyer who becomes a bit of a pain with his customers as they seem to be complaining/arguments with him all the time. (Major argument as I booked in!) Not a good start! 5. At no point is there any info of the hotel being dry ie No alcohol. This is not for all however it should be advertised.

I didnt really have chance to enjoy your hotel since we were on buisness but the breakfast was very good

Internet connection in the room is very poor. Found a bad milk sachet in my room, probably because it was in the room for a long time.

The wify was not working in my room. There was an ip error

Check-in process took 15 minutes All restaurants closed after 11PM

Close to a subway station and shopping centre. Not far from the airport. Good breakfast.

The location was good, near subway and city centers.

The room service was not good. They didn't change the towels and forgot to bring new ones. They didn't vacumme room properly. The breakfast wasn't good as well. The lack of staff was obvious especially at night shift.

I would have liked for my room to have been ready when i made it to the hotel instead of the 30 min wait. At night the frontdesk is understaffed.

Location is very good. hotel is very quite and comfortable. room service fulfilled all my requests.

The hotel is 4 start hotel in Diera Area , maybe 5 mnt walking from nearest shopping center ( Diera City Center ) , the room is clean and wide .

There is nothing around the hotel , no super market or resturant .
