Copthorne Hotel Dubai    

We liked that the beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

The shower recess had excessive mould build up. The food in the ground floor buffet was lukewarm to cold. It would have been very nice if it was hot.

I liked the location, 5 minutes walk to metro and diera city centre. Nice and soft matresses and pillows. Nice view from the creek side windows.

Carpets stained and worn out. Bathrooms not up to the mark. Rooms and bathroom needs improvement if they want to maintain its 4* rating.

All round service. All requests to orrm service house keeping etc were followed by a follow up whether requests have been copleid with. Why room size is little too small as there are hardly any room left besides bed. Too much space has been wasted in the entreance of the room which can be utilized for making the bedroom bigger.

For the breakfast there was hardly any items available for the vegeterians. Some more vegeterian choices/ items are required to be added in the breakfast.

Rooms looked a bit odd with a long corridor. Bathroom was very old fashioned for a new hotel.

Location , cleaning staff cooperative and fair house keeping staff. Late check out facility.

1- Poor management 2- all gypsam decores in the apartment , tv cupboards full of dust, poor action from the duty manager on highlighting the issue. 3- Found stone in the breakfast in a Arabic dish known as fool. 4- Rooms were full of fly and few insects. Overall will not repeat booking in this hotel.

I had an issue with a Fedex delivery, the staff contacted Fedex centre and confirmed the ackage with available and I was able to collect.

The design and layout of the rooms. The view of the city. I wish I were staying longer. The hotel is conveniently located (from the airport / the mall, and only about three train stops to the gold souk - so I was told) When I pass through Dubai again on my way to Uganda, I will stay there.

Staff were very polite and helpful.

I was woken up by building noise at 6 o'clock every morning- drilling and hammering. This really spoiled my stay as I did not get any rest.One of the receptionists lied and said that the building work was not within Copthorne.

While we arrived to the hotel they transfer us to anther hotel without inform us earlier and we dont know why !!!!.... we are very upset of that cuz ather hotel was bad

Overpriced, certainly not a luxury hotel. Segregated pool, women only AM, men only PM. Unfriendly/sullen staff. Shabby bathroom. Noisy, as room was near lifts.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable

It was so noisy and I was told that I would have my room moved to avoid noises but that only happened 4-5hours later and the front desk/reception attendant was not nice as a matter of fact she told me to just go back to my room and wait... Very poor customer service as I am was in a management position that line of work..
