One receptionist was helpful. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. The restaurant staff were not overly helpful, and everything you ask them seems like an inconvenience. We ordered fresh juices one night, and I explicitly asked whether they were fresh or carton. I was reassured that they would be fresh. The pineapple was good, but the mango was from a carton, with tonnes of added sugar. When queried, I was told that it is fresh and without any sugar, they only add water if required. This was clearly not true. We also ordered minestrone soup one night, but blended. Instead of blending the soup, they just gave us the juice from the soup. The breakfasts were very poor for this price and standard of hotel, with all the food cooked well in advance, so it wasn't even hot any more for the customers. Finally, for such a big hotel, there is only one highchair for the restaurant that is suitable for young children. Needless to say, less than impressed, especially for such a price.
The hotel itself is quite nice, and the location is not perfect, but it's ok. Pool with the slides in is great, and the beachfront is wonderful.
