Donatello Hotel Apartments

Their service was awesome! We arrived 2 hour before check in time, but we were welcomed. Even we were late for check out, they did not complain but kindly offered help. Our room was clean and large. Breakfast was tasty and enough. The pool on the top floor was gorgeous service.

When we booked, we saw free fruits basket will be served, but there was not. Maybe because we arrived too early?? Air conditioner was a bit too strong. But all those things are small things. We are satisfied and enjoyed a lot.

I like this hotel, staff were friendly and the suite is supported with good facilities, 10 minutes walk to the mall of Emirates.

The junior suite has no view or windows to outside, can't see sunshine in morning.

The location, staff and facilities were all great.

Room was clean with plenty of space and the staff were helpful and kind, the location was great right next to emirates mall and restaurants and little corner shops were walking distance.

1. Bed mattress not comfortable. 2. Outside noises of cars at night. Windows are not sound-proof. 3. Traffic in Al Barsha area

The kitchen did not match the apartment's standard

Very expensive comparing to hotels nearby, i booked 4 nights but stayed one night only when i found 4 starts hotel with less price "including breakfast"

It's very close to the dg Metro Station. Also very close the Mall of Emirates. The hotel services are acceptable, and the food is tastey.

We booked a Non-Smoking room but when we checked-in the room had a scent of smoke, didn't like that at all.

The apartment was lovely and a great location. It would be good if you had a license for alcohol for western guests.

Kitchen was poorly equipped and the swimming pool area was very run down.

Idont like the staff very bad think

the staff were great specially the ones that cleaned the room. They were very accomedating to our requests for extra stuff and the cleaning was great.

With kids and staying on the 5th floor it was unsafe to leave the little ones go out of the room because of the low hight of the hall way Railing. Other than that which was minor all was great.

Location to Mall of Emirates is good -

Stayed total 6 nights - first 3 nights I requested maintenance. Had to follow up each call.

Food at restaurant was not good, and felt that room was old.

Friendly staff and fast check-in and out. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. On-site restaurants, spa. Close to metro and walking distance to Mall of the Emirates. Free internet and welcome bowl of fruit.

Everything was great!

The staff very friendly and professional. The location in my opinion excellent. I am making plans to stay there again when I come through Dubai in May.

Other than the building next to it being built I really have no complaints at all about this establishment

Lots of space and nice kitchen, everything was clean and tidy and the furniture was great. I really loved it!!

The tv was making a bit of a scratchy noise, phones were'nt working.

Friendly reception

No wifi in rooms although I booked this place for this specific reasons. Reception not willing to assist when I wanted to confirm flight reservation. No breakfast. Non of the taxis know this hotel
