The Grand Suite two bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable, has three toilets and two bathrooms. Good shower and good kitchen amenities. Location is 2 minutes walk to metro and 5 minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates. The hotel is not 5 star in my opinion. It's 4 star because of some minor issues. LCD TV was constantly flashing up with the Menu prompt on the screen obviously from interference. There was a broken light in the living area would take 5 minutes to replace. The pool is too small and needs refurbished. Not enough loungers for guests. Towels are clean but not fresh. Windows are not double glazed to block out street noise or the heat from outside. The bar does not serve alcohol when all other hotels in the area do. The pre-authroisation system on the credit card did not work. The iron & ironing board had a German plug, but the hotel uses English style sockets, there was no adapter until asked.

Good size rooms and good room facilities. Not thoroughly cleaned (dust on mirror ledges in bathroom etc.) Looking a bit tired (i.e. dish holder missing in shower and not replaced) Junior suites are internal and have no windows making the room very dark and dingy. This is not mentioned in the hotel details.

Good staff that rectified an internet problem immediately. Reservation was made and i clearly specified I wanted an internet room. Staff replied and confirmed this. However, when i got the room, the signal was poor and I could not log on internet

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Nothing seemed to much to ask. Good breakfast and 24 hour roomservice with good food. Appartement was cleaned every day with new towels. Nice furniture, cosy atmosphere and lots of space. Coffee, tea and fresh fruit in the kitchen. No noise from outside. Close to Mall of the Emirates and 5 min walk from metro station. I would chose this hotel again! The pool on roof could do with some extra attention.

Friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 3 bedrooms apartemnt. Apartment size is great The view from the apartment is very poor. The swimming pool on the roof is small its area is poor.

convenient location for mall of the emirates One of the bedrooms was locked as we were a party of 4. The locked room had the air conditioning control panel for the children's room and it as quite some effort to get the staff to allow us to have the room open so we could control the air con to suit us. The balcony was locked so no possibility of using the table and chairs supplied. The kitchen did not have enough cutlery or china for the 4 of us and things were not very clean.

Rooms were big and clean. Location was good. No WIFI internet service. I had a big leakage in one of the bathrooms ceiling and the ceiling collapsed. Staff reaction was very poor.

Me and my family stayed at 3 bed room apartment. Everything in the apartment was excellent except for the dryer which was not working in good condition. Staffs were friendly and welling to help at any time. I will stay again at Coral Boutique again during my next visits to Dubai and I will recommed it for others. The bathroom doors are old and hard to be locked.

The hotel is nice, clean and the location is perfect. Also, the staff are very nice and friendly. They called me several times at 10:00 am to confirm my check-out which was too early. It is better to dis-connect the telephone cable.

localtion and the room is not bad i read about the hotel before bokking it and saw they are bad in check in and check out and it was realy correct i asked them to late check out at 3PM and they asked me to leave at 2:30 or pay one day more but when i saied to them this is very bad behaviour they changed their mind
