Coral Boutique Deluxe Hotel Apartments & Spa  

The Grand Suite two bedroom apartment is very spacious and comfortable, has three toilets and two bathrooms. Good shower and good kitchen amenities. Location is 2 minutes walk to metro and 5 minutes walk to Mall of the Emirates.

The hotel is not 5 star in my opinion. It's 4 star because of some minor issues. LCD TV was constantly flashing up with the Menu prompt on the screen obviously from interference. There was a broken light in the living area would take 5 minutes to replace. The pool is too small and needs refurbished. Not enough loungers for guests. Towels are clean but not fresh. Windows are not double glazed to block out street noise or the heat from outside. The bar does not serve alcohol when all other hotels in the area do. The pre-authroisation system on the credit card did not work. The iron & ironing board had a German plug, but the hotel uses English style sockets, there was no adapter until asked.

Location and was value for money

Complementary fruits was not provided although i have asked for it more than once. They provide me smoking room although i ask for non. Spa was out of services due to maintenance. Smelly floor due Painting work.

Excellent! The 2 bedrm. apt. was huge. It felt like a home. Everything down to the utensils were spotless. Staff was excellent and seemed happy. Room service was great and well priced. Towels were nice, too. Well insulated from outside sound. Easy parking. I think this hotel has hit it's stride. Our family of 4 was very comfortable, we even extended our stay. This is now our hotel of choice in Dubai.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is walking distance to mall of Emirates, restuarants, grocery store, etc. Spacious nice apartments.

The bathrooms will need maintanence very soon. If you dont want a smoking room, double check you arent put in one before you proceed to a room.

Professional treatment Great Hospitality, all employee are cooperative and supportive. Great location. Great Servics.

Not having Wifi in the room

Cleanliness, quite, room spaceous and comfortable.

If your driving only, location entrance and exit from the could be very busy because of the mall of emirates near by.

Good size rooms and good room facilities.

Not thoroughly cleaned (dust on mirror ledges in bathroom etc.) Looking a bit tired (i.e. dish holder missing in shower and not replaced) Junior suites are internal and have no windows making the room very dark and dingy. This is not mentioned in the hotel details.

location and car park..size of appartment are large and wide enough spaces.. kitchen facilities are still good to use for cooking .

poor TV inside the bed rooms.very old need to be changed to flat screens. Iron and plate for ironing were old and bad smell.. unlucky there was some construction and manual workers at our balcony side , we could not enjoy sitting there in that nice weather in Dubai 18-20 degr.

The staff were excellent in delivery of advice on tours and readily assisted in getting transport and providing access to computer facilities. They were friendly at all times and made us feel at home.

The service staff often cleaned only in the afternoons. The location is noisy and the rooms get very little sun and wre dark most times. The drains were smelly and the cleaning staff would move things around on the desk and not put them back. Towels were not often replaced. Two towels were put on the dining room table and not in the batrooms. In fact they stayed there our entire stay. Crockery wre not enough and there was only one tspoon to use. This has to improve.
