I like the location

Air conditioning, water is hot in the bathroom, housekeeping slow action

Complete Facility I feel I am at my home .

Great location, very near shops and a short taxi ride to anything significant. Staff really nice, helpful and efficient. The deal on Bookings. Com made it extremely good value for money. The free internet access was also very good and made it even better value for money

The decoration is very dated but given the deal I got booking - sufficient. Bath was a bit odd - with strange glass shower block making it difficult to get in and out (and made me wonder about how they cleaned it). However, in the light conditions it looked fine.

nice hotel as per for my expect

before i make booking i inform reservation dept... to dont charge my credit card , ones i reach i paid cash they inform me ok no problem, after 3 hours they are charge me 1 night , i paid cash in reception , but till today 14/05/2012 not release my amount from credit card.

Staying in this hotel been a good experience, very clean, friendly staff, helping Bellman, good price, and taxi was available right away on my request. I like this hotel very much and will stay in the future also. Agha Ejaz. USA

Nice hotel and design so it's good for family

The location is good. Near everything.

Pictures about the hotel are deceiving. The reality was different.

For the price which I paid I expected more hospitaliry from this hotel. But this is the worst hotel in the 4-star segment. 1. I was made to wait for 20 min during check-in and that too in the evening. 2. The house keeping staff were rude on the phone. 3. The in room dining menu has very poor selection of items. 4. We booked the ferrari world tour by the hotel tour organiser. However it was cancelled at 6 PM the previous evening leaving us without an option. This is the worst tour organiser. For me, it's cheating. I expect the visitors not to be left out like that but rather be booked at a different tour operator. 5. They advertise as high speed Internet. But it is very very slow and disconnects quite often. 6. Your minibar is never replenished. I will never stay in this hotel again. I recommend others not to....

I liked the fast registration at the reception. I was impressed by the staff high quality of service. The location was great, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and close to metro station. The room is big, clean, bed is comfortable and furniture is new. The swiming pool at the roof top was amazing in such hot weather.

Actually there is always way for improvement, and i think Coral deira hotel could have better fitness center facilities just if an upgrade to the current treadmill happens or a maintenance action would take place. I accessed the gym twice, it is ok, but both existent treadmills were noisy producer, i guess a maintenance is needed.

I liked the location,in-room facilities and breakfast, noise isolation was also very good

I didn like indifference of personnel to assist the guests, extremely high price for rooms, the room was not of the kind that had been booked and shown of picture.

Room was excellent for the price, very large with full facilities. Breakfast also very good as was the location

Check in was slow but otherwise no troubles. Lack of a Bar, not good for any visitors

I stayed at c Dera during Arab Health Mar-2012. The price charged was more than the comforts available there. Rooms are not that spacious neither they have a variety of Sattelite channel. Only thing I like abut cd is its location.
