there's no facilities , and its a three stars hotel how come u don't serve breakfast for free

Friendly Staff. Location was perfect to my needs.

Generly your staff did not treat me well. They are not trained How to deal with guests. Further, they delayed sending my luggege to my room about 30mints. Overall, I am not really recommending such a hotel to any of my family mmember. Thx.

Reception staff, especially ladies very poor as not friendly at all with no respect to customer, not looking into customer request, taking one hour to check in !! Very poor service from unprofessional staff

gym is poor also the pool is small

Location of the hotel is excellent reception very excellent service Room Mmetzh most excellent and very excellent equipment and a suitable price as well as the capacity of the room and lounge and equipped kitchen did not need to something and parking at the hotel and outside

There is only one thing which is an uncomfortable bed

There are far to many things to list the water damage to all the walls is just a start the cheese balls on the "clean room" carpet was a bonus the broken lamp made to look like it would work was a nice touch the smell of body odour eminating from the couch and chairs added to the ambience of the room the a/c finally kicking upon me leaving was also a nice touch the noise from the hallway of the staff moving trolleys up and dwn the hallway on tiles was a nice touch as was the snowy tv with blown speakers the list as I said goes on and on and on

Rooms were neat and clean.

Swimming pool was dirty, reception staff was very unfriendly, the ladies there are not at all friendly or willing to help or make you feel comfortable. There were very few channels to watch on the TV. No microwave in the kitchen hot plate was there but were unable to use as no utensils were provided.

I like the friendly cooperative staff, particularly Mr. Abdul Aziz (of the reception at night shift).

I didn't like to pay in advance of my stay, and sometimes there was a bad smell in the bathrooms, in addition to that, some electrical equipments were shown in Booking website / ewa hotel, but were not available in the room.

Its Big with a lot of space for kids ...

its far from Dubai...it took one hour to go dubai

The location

The beds are very, very, very hard and not comfortable. The A/C control is not working properly it is either hot or very cold. The fridge and the electrical kettle are not working. The shower head is broken and it cannot be hanged at the hock on the wall (put up) you have to shower holding the shower head the whole time. The maintenance team is not responding to any request call and if they did it will be after minimum 3 hours.

THE price

Very friendly staff, Room were spacious and quite. Easy access to Emirates road if you are planning to alot to dubai or sharjah.

The beds were rock solid, I do not recommend if you are planning on getting a good night sleep. There was no water on our last day, they asked us to use the washroom on the floor below in one of the rooms. They charged us extra for one bed for no reason, when i pointed it out then they reimbursed my money. Room service takes a long time to bring your order.

value for money, good furnishings, nice facilities, great staff, location is convenient for visiting/driving to other emirates

Nice sutes with kitchennette giving a homely atmosphere, even if you do not use the kichen. Very clean

1. Maintenance in general. 2 of the 4 lifts were not working during my stay 2. The hotel demands that guests pay upfront for the days they intend to stay rather than pay at check-out, this is unusual 3. The Hotel wants to keep ypur original ID (passport), I would have left if they insisted to keep my passport.

Need to review their meal orders, as they are taking 45 to more than 1 hour just to order a meal. Sleeping bed is too stiff and felt uncomfortable sleeping on The swimming pool is too small and a bit dirty No much gym choices

When we received there they told us that they didn't have our booking confirmation they told it was canceled . What happened we don't know we have to wait long time to have bookin.

Very calm place and away from crowd

حجز بطاقة الهوية اخذ ضمان 100 درهم على بطاقة المواقف عدم ترتيب المواقف وضيقها

التعامل مع الزبائن ممتاز جدا زكذلك الخدمات

يفترض ربط بطاقة دخول الغرفة بدخول مواقف السيارة بطوابقها الثلاثة من خلال بطاقة واحدة تسمح بالاثنين معا وتعطى لمن لديه سيارة خاصة

صراحة فندق رائع جدا يمتاز بالهدوء والنظافة والسعر المناسب وموظفوا الاستقبال طيبون جدا خصوصا العرب منهم ويعيب الموقع بعده عند دبي فقط
