The location of the hotel is very convenient. Just one street away from the Mall of the Emirates. There are plenty of taxis in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful. Breakfast is ample. The only thing is during busy times, the breakfast room runs out of seatings. Overall, I was happy to have stayed here and will return! |

The hotle was very good, and it is close the DIC, also next to one of the biggest males in Dubai, so any one who travel for business can stay there and also do some shooping if he like. |

I like the hotel and its not my first time, the hotel is close to the places I wanan go and that makes my live easier, I arrived at 9pm and the room was not ready, as our booking shows we are couple but still when we went they gave us to single beds !! and I complained at 10pm that the ac is not working and the fridge has a noise which is ......... but still when we came back at 4am to the room the issue was not fixed and we had to chnage a room at 4am from 210 to 609 !!! |

large studio, quiet and clean, convenient location between Emirates Mall and Knowledge Village, Outdoor Swimmingpool 2 small issues during my stay: I asked the reception to fix my room door which was not closing completly (and as a result my room was wide open for any hotel guest...). Second small issues: my friend came for visit and ordered a single expresso (the hotel wanted to charge me for a Breakfast buffet, I had to complain to some of the hotel managers and they finally removed it from my bill...) |

This is one of the few reasonably priced hotels in Dubai. The staff were excellent and friendly. Although a "dry" hotel, it had a very western feel about it that made me, as a single female traveller, feel very comfortable and safe there. |

Very close to Emirates mall, modern Hot Breakfast choice very limited. Had to ask for eggs, coffee, seviette, jam. Pastries very limited choice as baskets were not replenished. Staff tried but lacked experience. Car park has tight corners for large 4x4's. |

the staff was very helpful and friendly. it wasn't over the top service -- took my own luggage to the room. and i like that. only two coffee servings and two small bottles of water. my experience in dubai is that these are daily replenished. for a hotel apartment not to have working desk is weird. but i appreciated that the staff brought me one that seemed to have been made on-site! this is a business hotel, and so it was weird to see budget vacationers staying there. mismatch |

Well positioned, adjacent to Mall of the Emirates. Clean & very comfortable rooms. Good pooldeck and spa on 7th floor. Club room doesn't have a bath - only a shower. No tv in bedroom part of the suites. Service at breakfast is a bit dopey and the cooked food is cheap quality. Suggest the omelettes which are excellent and made to order. It's a fairly new hotel so gradually they will sort themselves out; eg put napkins out at breakfast and provide teaspoons when serving coffee and tea! |
