The lake need to cleaned, bad smell.

Staff were very nice and freindly and they dont harrass you like other hotels and you feel relaxed to walk around the hotel minding your own business. I love the location and connection to the mall its all hands up to you guys fantastic food well done guys

Price to high You need alot more tv channels info on shuttle buses to the city if you have

The pricing was good, and the location was not far from where we live in Dubai. The rooms were average for what you expect from a Courtyard Marriott, and the facilities were a bit limited (No Sauna, Steam Room). Otherwise it was a nice change from our usual weekend routine.

We were extremely disappointed about the hotel pool and Jacuzzi. Neither of them were heated and the water was very cold. Our whole purpose of choosing the hotel was to have a nice weekend for our two children at the pool. Unfortunately, we had to take our children to the play area in the mall next to the hotel and then to the park instead. We asked the management and they said sometimes they have problems with the heating system. The other issue was the noise from the water tank trucks , they were drawing water from the lake nearby and the noise was quite high. It went on during the night while we were relaxing or trying to relax on the terrace of the Italian restaurant overlooking the lake.

The freindliness of the staff especially those working in the Restaurant.

The wifi connectivity was nor efficient enough particularly in the rooms.

The hotel was excellent

It was a bit far away from town but there are many offices there so for work and meetings it is very convenient.

As atendentes são muito gentis. Existe um restaurante chamado cucina, é um restaurante Italiano, dentro do Hotel e tem o cheff Italiano mais maravilhoso que já conheci. é um CHEff nota DEZ.Todos no hotem atendem com prazer e muita gentileza.

المكان هادي جداً بعيد عن المدينة والاهم فصل الشتاء حاجه ولا روعه مع وجود البحيره وحديقه مناسبه للأطفال والكبار للعب كرة السله والدراجات الهوائية والسكيت مكان ولا اروع في فصل الشتااااااااء لان في الصيف حار جداً ولن تستمتع وأيضاً وجود سوبرماركت كبير ومول صغير وجميل مطاعم وكافيه. ومكان خاص للأطفال بسن خمس سنين ونازل

للأسف المخدات سيئة جداً جداً جداً متعبه ،والبلانكت ما فيه إلا واحد والجو بارد قالوا مافيه ممكن نعطيكم شرشف والطعام كان بكميات صغيره جد ا كانها عينات

الفندق يحتوي على مسبح حلو و منظر رائع لمنطقة الكميونيتي مع وجود سوبرماركت شويترام ومطاعم مثل تشيليز والعراب وكوستا مع ماكدونلز وبعض المحلات مثل مذركير ومحل للمساج وصالون نسائي ورجالي مع اقامة ترفيه للاطفال في الفندق نفسه كل يوم جمعه من الساعة الثانية عشر الى الثالثة ظهرا، الموظفون رائعون جدا والطعام من الفندق لذيذ ايضا

Le lobby est inondé, la piscine froide, le jacuzzi ne marche pas, la salle de sport est petite. C'est loin de la ville.

- the lake next to the hotel smells - the check-in took very long, the recepionist had problems to find the error of the card machine (was not plugged) - the breakfast buffet is OK, but compared with other Courtyard Marriott hotels disappointing - the lake flooded a part of the hotel lobby - the pool is very small - only one bottle of drinking water in room, very little im comparison with other hotels in Dubai of the same standard - in general the hotel is OK, but for the same price much better hotels are available in Dubai

The fact that breakfast was complimentary.

One solo sofa in the living room smells strongly of Hong Kong feet.

Das mitgebuchte Frühstücksbuffet war gut, das Servicepersonal hingegen mit dem Service überfordert u.a. war der Frühstückstisch mehrfach mit unsauberen oder benutztem Besteck eingedeckt, oder nicht komplett eingedeckt. Wenn man die Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals bekommen konnte, was extrem schwierig war, dauerte es extrem lange bis Bestellungen wie Kaffee oder Tee serviert wurde. Internet Kostenpflichtig Die Fenster in den Hotelzimmern sind nicht zu öffnen (kein Fenstergriff angebracht) und es ist auch nicht möglich die Balkone zu betreten um z.B. ein Foto zu machen, da diese ebenfalls, auch nicht vom Servicepersonal, zu öffnen sind.
