well the price was a bit higher which is almost the same as rotana beach. if they could go more lower that would be lovely for me and friends as we stayed there as our second home

It took me 15 minutes to check in, your system needs updated extensively and very soon. I should not have had to wait so long to check in - your staff lost my reservation and wouldn't seem to help even with my confirmation number

Comfortable puffy queen bed, I was given a corner super silent room as requested, tv selection is extremely wide, reception staff is very kind and welcoming

Room has a weird layout, plus when we checked in there were items for 1 person only. Late check-out (4pm) was arranged with reception on time, at 12 pm room cards were blocked out...hotel position is not in the city center, 30 minutes walk to the seaside. Spa is small, no room for break between activities time. Staff is pushy to get on-line comments post-stay...

Free wi-fi, nice clean barhroom, walking distance to the mall.

Driver couldn't find the hotel since it is not so well known although this should never be a reasonnot to go here

Sura Restaurant (Korea ) spoiled one of three otherwise fine dishes by serving aged lamb chops and french fries instead of the ordered potatoes

Excellent staff and that means all staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. If you are looking for real value and not fancy lobbies etc. this is the place to stay. The location is very good as well being in the heart of the city. Walking distance to a large mall and close enough to all other sites by taxi. We will definitely return.

The mattress was a little too soft but that is simply a personal preference. Maybe they have firmer mattresses in other rooms.

Parking which is with lifts and too small, although there was no problem. They also have valet. But I preferred to try myself.
