Comfort of room, room facilities, decor, staff friendliness, it facilities, quality of food for breakfast Price of breakfast is too high. Also, price of taxi to airport @ aed 90 + taxes is exhorbitant compared to aed 70 from airport to hotel for same type service. |

An excellent hotel with helpful staff. Rooms are furnished to high standards and comfortable. The location is good in downtown Abu Dhabi. The valet service is excellent since there are no parking places. The lobby coffee shop is very good and reasonably priced. Spa is over-priced. |

Good location, Good price (relative to others), Good room space, Free internet (Cable), Good food (Ok selection) and good staff. All in all.. Sweet Breakfast a bit expensive, construction work around the hotel and even though there are 4 elevators, you can still manage to wait a while before you get one. |

Our room was servivced well. All staff were attentive and helpful. Hotel was close to all Hammond street and the bus . Close to shopping areas. Very central for our stay. Cant think of anything that we did not like about your hotel or staff |

I paid a fortune, but got a big, nice room. The (only!) good thing of this hotel is free internet. Plenty! I suspect a scam since there are only raving reviews and I found none of these to be true, perhaps with exception of the friendly staff. Big turn off: don't look for the hotel at their supposed address on Sheik Zayed Rd; it's on a paralel back street! Also beware: no alcohol permit! |

Very well located and modern hotel with good facilities and very well appointed rooms. Staff were very helpful. Internet map address is wrong by two blocks. Parking appears to be outside as my car was delivered back to me hot. Reception desk is helpful but slow. Lifts are slow. |
