location was handy

there was a very bad smell from the bathroom that invaded the entire living space. The couch smelled so bad that I couldn't sit on it. Smelled like smelly feet.

its very quiet and its peace of mind.

the breakfast served cold. the room service its not up to standard. the water in shower in 15th floor was very low ans slow, i have report it but no action taken.

first my guy went to the hotel and he saw that the room quality is not as good as the reception then he had breakfast and they charged him, he contacted me and i explained to him that the room rate includes breakfast and that they should not have charged him for breakfast, so he went to them and asked for his money back and that gave him the money after long negotiations and he took his money and went out. THE ROOM SUCKED he said

its a normal place nothing different .

food and restaurant low level . breackfast not good and not in normal level.. sooo pooor and not nice.

The Staff were very friendly, Buffet breakfast very good. The Bathroom was very small and no facility to place soap while showering

The bathroom was not very comfortable. The lobby is very dark and dead there is no life there, quite scary at times.

Hell may be better than this hotel.. Nothing to like about this hotel, shame on them when we woke up in the morning there was no water in the toilet first they fooled me by saying they are sending repairman but wasted one hour and when I went down the manager gave me lower floor to take shower I found out that there were guest without water for multiple days. There was no other 4 star facilities in the room tv never worked very cheap furniture dark corridors full of smell. Infact I have never stayed in any worst hotel than this one I am surprised how they claim 4 star hotel. Please find better hotel instead of booking this one which is the worst out of all.

سوء الاستضافه و بطئ في الاجراءات

رشاشات الماء في الحمامات ضعيفة جدا. وتريد إلى صيانة. وتقويها.

الخدمات مقابل أنه أربع نجوم ضعيفة .. الفراش سيء للغاية ..

سوء تعامل الادارة مع النزلاء و الضيوف عدم توفر النظافة الجيدة غير صالح لسكن العوائل لكثرة الشباب والازعاج في الممرات لا يوجد الانترنت بالغرف فقط في اللوبي ومدخل الفندق

الفندق جيد جدا للعائلات وبصراحة عجبني الخدمة الراقية من احد موظفات الاستقبال (مانا) لما شافت عندي اطفال نصحتني بتغير الحجز من غرفتين الى شقة بغرفتين وصاله بنفس السعر علشان اريح للعائلة. موقع الفندق ممتاز لان كل شي قريب منك.

اولا اني حجزت بمبلغ ٣٦٠٠ شقتين ووجتهم حسبوالمبلغ ٣٨٠٠ يعني زادو في المبلغ وكذلك الغرفه ان تكون سريراين منفصلين والانتر نت سيئ جدا في البهو

للاسف ولاشيء

Personal: sehr nett und freundlich

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht und fast das gleiche jeden Tag. Das Essen war immer kalt und gab nur eine geringe Auswahl. Zeit zumdas Frühstücken war eigentlich von 7 bis 10 Uhr aber um viertel nach neun war fast nichts mehr da, besonders in den ersten 3 Tagen. Die Zimmer wurden nicht jeden Tag geputzt und es waren nicht genügend Handtücher im Badzimmer. Zimmer Schlüssel (Karte) hat oft nicht funktioniert. Fitness Raum war sehr sehr schmutzig und nicht zu gebrauchen! Schwimmbad ist nur Deko und nicht sauber. Die Hotel Lobby ist sehr schön und sauber und oft geputzt, nicht wie die Zimmer. Eigentlich durfte man dort nicht rauchen und Rauchverbotsschilder standen überall aber dennoch wird überall und ständig in der Lobby geraucht. Das war ärgerlich, weil nur hier WLAN zur Verfügung stand und man sich hier aufhalten musste, wenn man ins Internet wollte. Wir haben im Hotel nachgefragt, ob es in der Nähe einen Strand gäbe, weil wir mit den Kindern schwimmen gehen wollten. Sie haben uns an einen öffentlichen Strand geschickt, wo eigentlich keiner schwimmen konnte nicht mal die Männer, obwohl ich nach einem privaten Strand gefragt hatte, wo wir für Schwimmen und Aufenthalt bezahlen wollten. Alles in Allem waren Service, Sauberkeit und Essen in dem Hotel nicht in Ordnung. Nächstes mal sind wir schlauer und werden anders buchen.

بشكل عام الفندق يحتاج الى اعمال صيانة أكثر خاصة فيما يتعلق بالصرف الصحي حيث طفحت مياه الصرف اكثر من مره في الغرف مع العلم اننا كنا نسكن في الدور التاسع . الغرف لايوجد بها اية مستلزمات لتحضير الشاي والقهوة او الطبخ مع العلم انها شقه فندقية . دورات المياه ضيقة جدا .

خدمات سيئة و المسبح غير صالح للسباحة الصرف الصحي أسوء ما يمكن و قد طافت المياه في الغرف اثناء إقامتي خدمات التنظيف سيئة الفندق إجمالا بحاجة الى صيانة و مراقبة لجان التصنيف
