Club Room だったのでLoungeが使える点が良かった。Happy hour18：00-20：00の間、おつまみやお酒飲み放題で実質の夕食になってしまう。

Quieensizeだったので部屋が狭かった。Amenityはあまりそろっていなかった。

We visited for our 25th wedding anniversary and was extremely pleased with the first impression of the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to our celebration the day after our arrival we received a room upgrade and a a wonderful cake and basket of fruit to celebrate. Yes the restaurants in the hotel are not the cheapest but we ate at the Lebanese one and had a stunning meal with wonderful service.

Not the most romantic hotel due to it being opposite the conference centre but it was not unexpected for a hotel in a business area. Also it was a shame that the civil defence people tested the fire alarm at 0200.

The bed was amazing so as little things for sleep and comfort in the rooms

Swing doors on the 5 th floor after the elevators leading to the rooms were inconvenient and damaged and shabby

Upgrade to a tower suite upon arrival with great views over Sh. Zayed Rd. Coupons for many complimentary items as a reward for being a Priority Club member. Reception and concierge staff are super friendly and courteous.

The only location is great with this Hotel.

- I booked with 2717 aed via Booking.com but I paid ~3252 aed (Diff of 535 for service charge!!!). - Wifi is free but very slow; they force you to purchace a password for a fast internet with 100 AED/day!! - This Hotel supose to be 4* or even less.

Rooms and facilities are old.

We stayed in the apartments which were perfect for our stay. The room and facilities are really good. The staff are friendly and professional. Special thanks to Hector, Raj and Mujakir for your service! We appreciated your hospitality.

Location wise its too good to move both ways easily and also the entertainment and food are in house with best quality.

I think price should little lower

Comfortable club level room. Pleasant efficient staff.

Disco music easily heard until 3 am, then people yelling in the hallways and playing their own music at 4 am and 4:30 until I called hotel security. Hotel manager later apologized, but did not get much sleep. Probably will never stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect

They gave me a room in the extension building. The furniture of the room is so old, the safe box is since the stone ages. I don't know on what basis this is a 5 stars hotel.

The hotel was nice, quite, clean and guest friendly.

Receptionist lied, gave me the run around on the telephone by saying they were fully booked. when I hung up the phone I immediately checked online and three rooms were available. This mad me very angry but Ireally needed the room or else I would have stayed elsewhere. I have been a repeat customer and surely deserve better treatment/service than that.

Staff is professional, especially at the front desk and concierge. Nice variety of dining outlets, usually not available all in one hotel.

Housekeeping needs to be more carefully checked as the standard of cleaning the rooms is not quite consistent.
