Location is good. I was disappointed with services first I cannot connect to the internet and I am using my mobile where in fact when I was in the yas hotel it was lovely.Second,you know that it is a family why do you supply for 1 set of toothbrush package,slipper is only one,I knew I need to contact the in charge for this but common sense its not proper,why not supply two sets always.Yes my kids was able to use the pool but for me and my friend wasn't given the chance beacause they didnot allow us its because I was wearing of cotton short pants so my kids was so upset because of not being with them plus your watcher in the pool seems to be very rude in approaching us,very informal.I Knew its bad to compare to other hotel but our comfortable and enjoyment for that moment is very very important.Thank you and hoping for the best one.

The staff were extremely helpful and there for everything .the rooms were 5star quality. Nothing could be faulted . Our 2 night stay was perfect. The food was also perfect.

The rooms in this hotel are amazing. We were in a room which faced out over the pool area. The view was fantastic. The bed in our room was probably the mos comfortable bed I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was a good size with a lovely huge tube which looked into the bedroom,unless you wanted to put the privacy blind down. The staff at this hotel were very good. Always there if you needed something. It has a fantastic location for the f1 or Ferrari world. Just a 5 minute drive. The manager at the hotel arranged for me to receive a free birthday cake brought to our roon during my stay which was very nice of him. There are lots of beds around the pool which was nice including larger round beds which were very very comfortable to lie on during the day. I would say for the price of this hotel it is an absolute bargain. I will be staying here again soon.

I stayed for 1 night due to promixity to the airport after 4 weeks travelling. Found it clean, room service / meals OK. Pool etc fine - I had done the Abu Dhabi main sights etc - so the hotel was just what I needed on the way home. If it is your first time in AD, stay closer to the city.

This is a lovely hotel only 15 mins out of Abu Dhabi. The design and location lends itself to making one feel you are out in the open spaces and away from the city. Great views of the mangroves, water and golf course. It has a lovely swimming pool and is within walking distance to many restaurants in the Yass Marina circuit The really awful thing about this hotel is the abundance of smoking around and in the pool. All weekend we noticed large groups of guests (who appeared to be local residents possibly members of the Crowne Plaza club) who smoked and drank alcohol in the pool and sitting on the edge. These guests didn't use ashtrays or in some cases weren’t even offered them. They either flicked the ash and cigarettes into the water or filter system This was done in front of the bar staff . Despite pointing this out to the staff and supervisor on the first day , this continued to happen all weekend. It was truly a disgusting thing to watch around such a lovely hotel. I would highly recommend Management introduce a strict policy of enforcing to ensure clean environment for all guests using these facilities. I have no objection to outdoor smoking , however when it is out of control as I explained then it becomes a health risk for all guests.

What I like most in this hotel is the location wherein you can overview all the other buildings, seaside, resort in addition to the friendly staff who are receiving you while you enter the hotel...I mean all staff regardless of their functions are all friendly. I would still love to go back in this place if I have chance. Thank you!

Nice room, pool, buffet, club lounge, staff. Location, price of breakfast resulted in need for upgrade which was more than 150% increase on price of room (room = €290, upgrade = €370).
