No, the hotel currently under renewal, but the current condition and facilities of the hotel not worth the amount charged you can get better hotel and cheaper with better conditions and facilities. The fare rating for the hotel is 6.8 to 7

Staff were excellent, friendly & very attentive. Apartment was massive, very clean & ideal for what we needed. Handy location & excellent value for money.

My two bedroom apartment was much bigger than my expectation and the design was amazing , nice beds and very clean . Sheets and towels were changed every day a the whole apartment were being cleaned . Staff so friendly and helpful everything we asked for sth .

Separate spa for men and women! No multiple users can have access to free wifi . And thd location is a bit far from new dubai and luxury part of town like down town and jomeira .

The location of the hotel,its proximity to restaurants ,shopping centres and main attractions of dubai,Easy access to all the areas with availability of taxis just in front of the appatment.I Took a three bedroom apartment which was very spacious for our family of five.It was clean regularly and all the staff was very friendly.As most of the time we were out during the day time so our interaction was with Mr Rajesh of the front desk who was very helpful and extremely courteous

The doors are a little noisy,will be helped by little oiling of the hinges

great location with convenient access to dubai center, clean furniture with comfortable beds, huge living rooms with plenty of storage space. I highly rcommend it for family group even with childrens. it is also a quiet place for those who seek noise free apartments.

The appartment was very clean and has new furniture. They have one excellent reciptionist called Mr.Khalid this Arabian Gentlman has an excellent customers service skills.

Other night reciptionist Asian looking Gent was not poor support and handling of issues. Other than that nothing to note.

the mattress was a bit too hard. it was orthopaeadic mattress of the hard kind. i would have prefered a mattress that takes the shape of the spine or body when lying down. They are available at the market and cost about the same

The size of the 3-bedroom apartment is good. The location is good. There are multiple restaurants around as well as pharmacy and supermarket. The cleaning service is good.

there is a smell on the floor and inside the apartment. The bathrooms need to be maintained.
