Close to airport. Very good value for money. Hotel staff very helpful. Breakfast was good. Free internet facilities. TV was faulty reported the fault but did not repair. |

Close proximity to subway. Economic compared to other hotels. Shuttle to the airport. There was no "non smoking" room in the hotel. The hotel room stinks of cigarette smoke. |

The staff were very courteous. They obliged to our request for an early check-in. The free shuttle service was there to pick up and drop us off at the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. All of this certainly helped in making our visit to Dubai very pleasant and memorable. |

metro is near by,internet is exelant and free,airport bus service on time,car parking also free,roomservis is helpfull brakefast is poor quilty and same every day,(it was very important to me)..disco and nightclub also noisy..,swimngpool timing is not enugh |

The staff was excellent, room was quiet and clean, beach, airport and shopping transfers were excellent. \the breakfast was excellent. Would recommend it to people if the wish a clea well run hotel with very pleasant helpful staff try this one out. There is some construction next door but it does not start until 7a,m, Not much night life near hotel, and there is a construction project next door but it is quiet until 7am but these are not controlable by hotel, we had an excellent stay will stay there again |

they accepted my request of changing the room (because of noise) and upgraded me for free to a superior room, free internet, large rooms old hotel, needs refurbishing, maximum 3 stars (but still old), very poor breakfast, noisy on the first 2 floors |

We arrived at the airport very early and although we had to wait a while, was collected at the airport by hotel shuttle. On arrival we were offered to have breakfast (which was excellent) while they cleaned our room. We were in orroom just after 8 am, even tough official booking in time is 2 pm! Real good service - at no extra cost. On our last morning, when we had to depart early we were allowed to have breakfast even before 7 am. The credit card machine would not work ('try again message' several times) and we had to pay by cash. Fortunately we had enough, but it could be a problem. |

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, the staff was very professional (with the exception of one person at the reception). The location is excellent. Room service was fast, and delicious, excellent value for money. Be careful to ask for a room on top floors to avoid the night club's noise. I did and I was given a 5th floor spacious room. They have a shuttle bus service as well and it is very efficent. I was charged an extra 66 dirhams for credit card payment, and there was no reason for that, but the reception employee insisted and I was tired so I accepted. |

location was close to metro stations. Hotel provided daily buses to and from beach and shopping malls. noisy nightclub on ground floor played music 7 nights a week. |

The best thing I can say about the hotel was its location. there is a few local restraunts close by. Difficult to get hot water in the morning if you dont turn on the waterheater the night before. There was suppose to be wi fi in the room which didnt work even the buisness centre was very slow. Breakfast is poor and hot food was cold. cleanleness of the publick areas could be better |

Friendly staff, efficient check in, room ready on arrival, nice bathroom, varied TV channels, free drinking water, free internet access. Back legs of chair in room stick out too much. I hit und badly hurt my toes on it. Not enough shady spots at the swimming pool. |

good room, internet free they are not cleaning the rooms unless you ask them to do. when i arrived there i paid them the whole amount of stay with taxes. while checking out they told me you have to pay more because it was not calculated correctly its a strange really then i have been told either you pay or this amount will be deducted from the employee who calculated it for you first time you check in. i think this hotel should be 3 star not 4. |

When I initially booked the hotel I got a rate of around 264 AED , the hotel is definitely good value for that, but later the rate was turned into 400 AED & I should say the hotel is definitely not worth that rate. The internet was good, the location is good if you are in the city for shopping or hanky-panky kinda stuff , but its not that good if you are there for business that is one of the reasons I moved from there because the traffic is really crazy around that area. The gym was really very rudimentary |
