sehr grosse geräumige suite mit ordentlichem Bad 2 restaurants waren geschlossen, sollen aber bald wieder eröffnet werden. |

Aufgrund lärmender Gäste in der Nachbar-Suite wurde unser Admirals-Zimmer die Admirals-Suite umgewandelt. Anständiges Beschwerde-Managment in diesem Punkt. Im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne-Häusern mag das Dhow Palace tatsächlich nicht gleichziehen. Trotzdem ist es eine empfehlenswerte Alternative in Dubai. Gut gelegen und anständig. Flughafen-Transfer hat nicht geklappt. Wir mussten ein Taxi nehmen. Beim Einchecken hat der Mitarbeiter erst versucht, uns ein Standard-Zimmer unterzujubeln. Hat sich dann aber geklärt - auf Nachhacken. Den Pool kann man vergessen. |

Stayed in the Viceroy suite on the third floor, was excellent, so comfortable and had a jacuzi in the bathroom. Staff friendly. Certainly value for money compared to other hotels in Dubai Took a long time to check out as they go check the room first to make sure all is ok. The view was not so good and a little way from the main area of Dubai |

Overall the staff was friendly . The room was neat and clean with a good selection of TV Channels . Most of the good hotels around the world dont charge for the internet now as this is a necessity and not a luxury now . They should also not charge for it . |

I liked the room, it was very well decorated. I enjoyed the pool. The food was not very good. The service desk was not very helpful. There were alot of interuptions during my stay. I put a do not disturb sign on the door, but it was taken away. I had someone come into the room without my acceptance of entry while I was in the room. It was noisy and not a very relaxing stay. |

The location was good and the staff were generally helpful especially the staff at he coffee shop, located in the lobby. The food in the restaurant was not very good. There is no smoking area in the lobby or the coffee shop. The hotel in actually a 4 start hotel and not a 5 star as advertised. The internet service is extremely expensive and very slow. |

Nice hotel, close to the surrounding activities in Dubai They really have to do something with the noice that come from the parties in the Banquet area on first floor. And the noise from the construction work next building. |

Leaving. The rooms were truely awful many don't even have a window, the hotel badly managed, with poorly trained staff operating in an obtrusive, arrogant and completely disorganised manner. |
