Value for money. Had to wait about 2 hours to be picked up at the airport. Not sure where the error was - Booking.com or an oversight by the hotel. We sent emails and we received confirmation of reservation.

Nice place! Friendly and courteous staff. Very Honest too. My son lost his I-Pod in the corridor, the housekeeping staff kept it safe and returned it to us. Really appreciate their honesty and sincerity.

The location was perfect There seems to be a dishonesty in telling guests about the added charges to services which should have been free/part of the accommodation such as internet service, and the charges have no common sense. For instance why pay 100 adh for continuous 24 hours when you only spend probably 30 minutes to 60 min a day checking email if you are on vacation/business. My advice is 5 adh for every continuous 60 minutes use. The cleaning staff did not clan the bath-tubs, refused to leave more than t towels for couples, never left facial towels or hand towels unless we have to call and ask for it more than twice. The room lighting was poor, not bright for reading while lying down. And may more for example, staff need to be trained regarding prejudices and discrimination against guests not from their ethnic group staying at the hotel.

I find it a little difficult to find a positive for this location . Mabe if pushed I'd say ....the glass lift . Hear a a few thing that grated on me at this hotel. The slow service at the pool for refreshments due to the fact that there is only one person serving drinks and has to carry them from the ground floor. The fact there is only one cleaner per floor ment that my Rooney was not clean till gone three o'clock . Checking out also took well over fithteen minute ! Many of the small amount of people that work there swan around with a chip on there shoulders ...they need to be reminded who's paying there wages? This in my opinion is not a four star location . you need more starff !

Best value for the money. Comfortable. Good resturants. Polite and good house keeping staff. I stayed few time earlier in this hotel. I like the embience. Security staff in the door tried to stop my friend from entering hotel. If they have any reservation, they can ask politely---not rudely the way he tried and followed. It is insulting.

The location of Dhow Palace in Bur Dubai is fantastic if working in or around dafza or difc. The hotel cleanliness is good and decor modern. The hotel breakfast area on the ground floor was too small and between 7& 8am was over crowded. Check in and check out was delayed due to inexperienced personal with no support from management.
