Well I had a perfect experience in down town dubai, and specially with the staff, they are very friendly, nice and very effective. The rooms are very very clean I think they have the best house keeping team in dubai. As for the interior design and the confort of the rooms: very confortable and cozi. Thank you so much for that excellent experience I will be back without hesitation.

The studio room was spacious ! , the mini bar price was quite cheap comparing to other hotels in the same category !. rate was okay for such time of year !. The hotel is not known to Taxi drivers , there is an old building next to the hotel where you can see people from the room window staying at roof top talking in phone loudly , etc. , the furniture is quite old , kettle was full of rust ( but when I asked to change it they did ) , one night I woke up 4 am by noise of a vacuum cleaner ( house keeping were cleaning the corridor at this hour in front of my door !) also when I called the stopped it !!!!, Shower curtain is too short so when you take a shower expect the water to be everywhere !, bathroom lights is not enough if you want to shave ! .

This hotel met my standard for an apartment hotel with the right value around Deira in Dubai where most of the hotels are not spacious. The room perfectly matched my desires for space, comfort and value for money. Altogether, I will return to this hotel in my next trip to Dubai The bath tub in the restroom in the studio room where I stayed was rather out of place for the room and the standard of the hotel.

Helpful staff, somewhat spartan but surprisingly complete apartments, Internet (which was more than decent) is included in the price. The hotel is adjacent to a mosque, which may be an advantage for some, but a disadvantage to others. On that side of the hotel the calls for prayer cannot be missed. It is also positioned in the flight path of Dubai airport, so heavenly sounds reach the hotel in more than one way. However, management said to have started putting in double glazing.

The room itself had a modern design and it was relaxing to the eyes. Housekeeping never complained about how we we would rearrange the furniture (for childproofing) and they never rearranged it back unless we wanted them to. The staff was always so friendly and willing to help. Greeting us with a smile and kindly reminding us if we needed service (taxi, housekeeping). The lobby atmosphere was so welcoming with fruits, muffins, and Arab tea throughout the day. The convenience of the small local store next door supplying essential needs for filling up the fridge or for quick cooking and cleaning ~ if you're staying for a longer period of time. The location was perfect for us as a family of four with two toddlers. The nearest Mall (Reef Mall with Fun City play zone) and Dubai Metro Station is in walking distance, just a block or two away. It's minor but maybe worth mentioning. Our studio room did not have a bath tub. The shower curtain was not well designed to fit the shower area so that water kept flowing out into the floor, but no worries be cause room service always cleans and dries the shower room everyday.

The room was very clean and was cleaned every day. We felt very comfortable with having a nice kitchen and sofa. Interior was fairly new and the whole hotel was well maintained. Staff was great and very very helpful. Internet wifi also worked good, we could even watch online TV. the location concerned us on forehand. However, Dubai is so big you have to take taxi's and metro's anyway. Where ever you stay. This place is fantastic value for money. Not much. Bathroom was a little small compared to the rest of the room. Toilet went soak when having shower. There was not much of inventory in the kitchen. The elevator makes a very irritating sound all the time. But we could prevent the sound of coming into our room by closing an extra door. However, these all were very small issues compared to the pro's.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to check 2 hours prior to official check in and even received a room upgrade. Location is good if you are there for business malls, restaurants and stores are all walking distance, easy to get a cab. Free Internet unlimited!!!!!! Which made it worth staying there. Depending on what your are looking for, it is in the old part of the city which makes authentic, you have to be ware that it is not a hotel you want to stay if you search for relaxing silence. You will be exposed to a lot of noise, airplanes ( closet to dxb airport), vehicles noise and people on the street, and for those you will be in the Middle East for the first time; there is a mosque right next to the hotel, so you will be exposed to paryers. No pool.

Good price and located where I needed to be at that moment. Studio apartment was clean and alright, nothing luxurious but totally alright and better than most of other places in that price range. Most of the taxi drivers don't have idea where it is, but it's very close to the Reef Mall, three minutes walking distance.

Great Staff, I was staying for three weeks but had to cut short my visit and fly back to my country. The staff / front desk people were excellent did not charge me an extra night for checking out early. The room was always cleaned quickly. Great budget hotel. I would stay there again. Small grocery shop right downstairs. Also even though the rooms do not have a washer/dryer there is a common washing area on the top floor. Ask the staff. An annoying noise from the vents every couple of minutes. At first you don't notice it much but it gets on your nerves after a while. The shower area could use a glass door.

There was no hot water in the toilet! I raised a complaint to the hotel manager, and he opened another room, but there was no hot water either! It took 7 minutes till all hot water is all consumed!!! In addition, he sent the maintenance guy to fix my room problem, but the problem was still there. I had to change the hotel after two-night stay! The location was good; but I could not find its location from the first time in any GPS or Google Maps!

price was competitive, that's why we stayed at the hotel, otherwise nothing was pleasing about it. this is not a classy hotel so i will be fair, however several points must be mentioned: the room was clean enough but the staff was was not welcoming, the hotel has a strange stinky smell, the facilities are bad the bathroom is definitely the worst of all. taking in consideration the price, it's an economic hotel, if you low in budget, it won't hurt to take a couple of nights, but if you want a good standardized hotel or an apartment, this place will not be good for you.
