Down Town Dubai Hotel Apartment  

The studio room was spacious ! , the mini bar price was quite cheap comparing to other hotels in the same category !. rate was okay for such time of year !.

The hotel is not known to Taxi drivers , there is an old building next to the hotel where you can see people from the room window staying at roof top talking in phone loudly , etc. , the furniture is quite old , kettle was full of rust ( but when I asked to change it they did ) , one night I woke up 4 am by noise of a vacuum cleaner ( house keeping were cleaning the corridor at this hour in front of my door !) also when I called the stopped it !!!!, Shower curtain is too short so when you take a shower expect the water to be everywhere !, bathroom lights is not enough if you want to shave ! .

It's like there was no provision to have a bath in the room.The bath space (not bathroom) is too small and bathing within the provided space is difficult.

Nothing is unconfortable. Everthing is better than other apartment

It is was my second time staying there and as on the previous visit their rooms are clean and sheets are changed everyday and rooms are clean. We left our used dishes and came back to find them cleaned. There was a problem with the stove and they brought us a portable one. After about 20 minutes a repairs guy came and fixed the stove. The reception staff is very friendly. The fruits and coffee at the reception is an added treat. Close to the metro station about 5 minutes walk and also there is the Reef Mall.

Location, Spacious rooms, view ( on main street-view rooms). Lobby is nice overlooking and area around the hotel are also nice and perfectly located almost 5min walk to the metrostation

I enjoyed the quiet of the hotel, discretion and efficiency of personnel, readiness to clean rooms at your anytime request, and the freedom to access the gym and sauna. The facilities of the apartment make you feel at home.

Down Town Dubai Hotel Apartment staff were expecting us to arrive, and had our room ready for check-in. We had missed a telephone call from our Desert Safari tour operator, which the staff kindly made a note of, and asked us to call them back.

Nothing - excellent service all round. Staff were all great too.

Nice place and good value for money. Friendly staff. Coffee, fruit and buns in the main foyer was a nice touch.

Further away from the airport than we had expected but close to the flight path. There are shopping centres near by but only minor ones. The showers are badly designed so that it is impossible to keep the water within the perimeter of the shower base.

The hotel is excellent located in the heart of Deira. Parking is very good. The studio apartment I lived in was quite spacious and nice designed.

The bathroom is very small and always flooded after a shower.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, well equipped and clean. It was also a very good price and in a good location.

The bed was a hard.
