The customer relationship was amazing. Every staff were on hand to help and were nice

I hated the fact that my atm card got trapped in a machine @ the other hotel because there wasn't a distinction between the two hotels. There should be some form of notice showing boundaries, so that the customers don't have that kind of sad treatment again.

Clean and nice. Quality-price ratio. Swimming-pool. Good wifi (24h limit of actual usage).

Noise of traffic and liftbell in the room. Very small bath, it was hard to squeeze my not fat body into.

I was luckily upgraded to suit which was wonderful. Very clean. Very nice bedroom and sitting room with two separate TVs. Two bathroom... Location is just too good. I have to wait for about 15 minute to get prepare room for me understandably the hotel was over booked that is the reason I was upgraded .. but worth waiting since the suit was wonderful.... Very good for family stay..............

There are no enough workers to carry the baggage duraing departure .

Stayed in the Superior two bedroom suite aparment, was huge and the living room & kitchen was great! Interiors were done up very well. There were 3 of us living here. We had an amazing time! About 15 minutes by car to the downtown Dubai Mall & central Dubai

The location wasn't downtown Dubai so ended up spending a lot on taxis everyday to & fro.

Old hotel . The bath room is very small and smill The way to use the wi fi no good.

Location was central, accessibility is good, good parking space and liked the decor of the hotel reception and rooms.

Bid mattress was very stiff and couldn't have a good sleep. Room service was very late.

It's not a 4star hotel it's less than 3 star hotel

1 ) Look : the aspect of the hotel is very good . 2 ) Service : pleanty of service very closed 3 ) Wifi in room excellent

1 ) I had room 706 , where the washing basin in insterted in a triangular bathroom top , very samll , no place for anything . I checked the room beside mine and there this was a standard rectangular one , with enough space for all yr toilet staff . 2 ) restaurant : no european restaurant 3 ) Breakfast : for the price they ask i would expect a larger variety of food .

Located in Deira, which is historical Dubai downtown. But yet it is away from all the hassle.

Their service is way below average. When I made reservation, I requested for a non-smoking room. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready and they kept on saying either I get a smoking room or wait for the room to be ready. They told me that getting the non-smoking room is a "special request" even thought I made it clear when I made the reservation. I ended up wasting one hour in the lobby doing nothing. Very unfriendly, and their housekeeping is not responding to the request. If you are asking for a free-of-charge service, expect to call the service desk more than 2 times.

We were upgraded from a basic room to a 3 bedroom suite! The staff were friendly and the breakfast ok. The entry/foyer/lifts were spectacular and obviously newly refurbished but the suite was in the older part of the hotel and a bit tired

Obviously there was nothing to dislike as we were upgraded. Perhaps the cleaning staff could do better. Also the website says free shuttles to the malls but this was not available . Upgrade the website?

Staff unhelpful 1 hour waiting to check in (after 2:00 pm) Room not what I asked for (I asked for 4 single bed...they gave us 2 single and a double) Location was far from metro No housekeeping in the one night we stayed

within taxi ride to shopping mall and local tourist sites. The buffet breakfast was very good with great choices

Breakfast, Internet access in the rooms is free but extremely slow, therefore hardly usable. Internet in the lobby for a fee, but so slow, that is just not usable, was a waste of money
