The hotel staff are not cooperative starting from the reception and ending by the manager. They make me nervous all the time. They are trying to charge me more money for nothing. I do not suggest this 3 stars hotel for anyone.

Room and interier is very good. Food is also very good All staff is very good. Bar is good.I Would like to stay next time with my family. Receptionest day time must be more effecient. A little far from Deira and bur Dubai but it is ok 10 min by taxi.

The staff were freindly and helpful, and the fruit basket was a yummy surprise. The hotel is out of the way as far as a stay in Dubai is concerned.

Location only Very poorly managed,unorganised reception, substandard restaurant,rude and unfriendly staff never care for guests.Experience was very bad from the reception when I checked they took my id scanned photocopied and kept.When I asked him a reciept of the id he gave the id back to me after making me to wait for 25 minutes.The shower was not working in the bathroom I complained at 3Pm and one technician came at 1130 pm with a big bucket and mug and asked me to adjust with that.When I checked out the bell boy was there in the counter for 1 hour and he was very good in offering me a seat to wait till somebody come to the counter.Rest you can imagine

Has adequate workout facility, dinning and inside clubs & bars for worldly business travelers. The hotel offers a wide variety of entertainment from tours to music bands once again for business travelers. Breakfast bar was adequate but not up to par with most 3 star hotels. Internet is in the lobby only, no wireless to the room or wired connections to the internet. Best internet is across the street in Cafe's for cheap access charged by the hour.
