Dubai Grand Hotel  

Th staff were very friendly and attentive.

I paid for 2 persons to be in my hotel room when I brought in my other person they wanted to charge me 150 aed I felt cheated because I booked accomodations for 2 & I hope to receive some type of credit for this added charge, I like booking.com but the hotels can be difficult

exceptionnal friendly staff at the restaurant. many gifts for my daughter Gym, swimming pool, cold room one side warmer room on pool side.very good internet connection, clean room, many dancing clubs.

not very for family. many men solo and my daughters were afraid.good for business. a bit far from everything. actually it is in old Dubai area so for any shopping or good eating you have to take taxi for 25 dhs at least.

Room and interier is very good. Food is also very good All staff is very good. Bar is good.I Would like to stay next time with my family.

Receptionest day time must be more effecient. A little far from Deira and bur Dubai but it is ok 10 min by taxi.

The staff were freindly and helpful, and the fruit basket was a yummy surprise.

The hotel is out of the way as far as a stay in Dubai is concerned.

it was a nice stay and I enjoyed it the room service and the front desk was very helpful

the internet could be better

سئ جدا جدا جدا والاستقبال بلا تدريب وكلامهم فض مع النزلاء مدير الاستقبال لا يفقه باي شي بالخطوط الاماميه فندق ارشحه كنجمه وكثيرة عليه

Si, troppo rumore anche alle 3 di notte. Prezzo decisamente troppo alto per quello che è l'hotel, normalissimo.

Very poorly managed,unorganised reception, substandard restaurant,rude and unfriendly staff never care for guests.Experience was very bad from the reception when I checked they took my id scanned photocopied and kept.When I asked him a reciept of the id he gave the id back to me after making me to wait for 25 minutes.The shower was not working in the bathroom I complained at 3Pm and one technician came at 1130 pm with a big bucket and mug and asked me to adjust with that.When I checked out the bell boy was there in the counter for 1 hour and he was very good in offering me a seat to wait till somebody come to the counter.Rest you can imagine

Nothing special. Nallukettu restaurant is good.

Only very few TV channels.

الاسقبال كان سيى وقالوا ان لايوجد لك حجز وكلمت بوكنج وبغوا يزحلقوني بالأخير جابوا لي عصير وقالو هدي أعصابك خلاص نسكنك ونعطيك سرير مزدوج وحنا شخصين مجبور تعبان وافقت
