The access to the city and the beaches. I was very surprised (disappointed ?) by the very small beach blocked in between 2 dikes near by the port and also the congested sleeping area. I thought I was about to rest under coconuts on a very long open beach or have the pleasure to walk in a non-ended garden. Finally, I found the internet access very expensive. |

i liked the view and the arabic restrant there its amazing the receptionest was not friendly with me when i have checked in and the value of money is expensive..beside it is not allowed to invite friends |

Made specific requests in booking that were actioned. Generally I thought the hotel was poor and was in need of renovation. Dredging just off the beach and a shipyard down the road makes me wonder about water quality. Electricity went off several times. Noise from night club patrons at 0200 and "and call to prayer" at 0530 interrupted sleep. Would stay elsewhere next time |

Peaceful amongst the hustle and bustle of Dubai.Beach and staff v good. Not enoufg information given about facilities , restaurants etc on arrival had to find it out ourselves. |

This hotel is mainly occupied by russian or russian republic customers.Many of them are very rough sort of people.I am sure the price they pay is much cheaper than my euro 270 per night not including breakfast.This rate is very unfair to outside guest not coming on a package tour!!! |

it has a nice and small beach, close to city center, many restaurant alternatives, convenient for families (family room has two large rooms and a large bathroom). In Dubai, there are not many alternatives for families with 3-4 people, willing to share the room. the towels must be renewed, rooms are a bit out dated and have absolutely no view (our room was had a few garden view and located next to a wall). |

The Italian restaurant was lovely and the staff were really nice. The rooms were far too small especially for over a Dhs 1000 per night.there was no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. The beach was too small and over crowded. the check out desk was far too slow, under manned and we had to ask them to get more staff as there were several agitated guests waiting. |

The hotel was well located by the sea and not far from the shopping malls and other Dubai attractions. The hotel was quite well laid out with the bedrooms located in villas and the restaurants/bars set around the pool and beach. The rooms were very small. The bathroom was very dated. The telephone did not work. The minibar was not properly recorded. Overall the hotel was far too expensive for what it offered. |

well i like the idea of the rooms being located in villas and all of these villas are in a middle of a tropical gardens with flowing water threwout the hallways connecting the villas to the main building. sure......1)we stay in suite( because the room was too small) so, the decoration was very poor cheap and almost empty . 2) the bed was so uncomfortable and again not aquality as a five or even 3 star hotel . 3)about the bathroom; the seeling was leaking , the towels smells bad , even the small plastic shampoo and shower gel bottols looks like they refill them coz some of the printing color is fade out. 4)tv channels are limited in less than 25 channel and when we ask them to add like kuwait tv or abu dhabi they said we can't . actually i regret reserving at this hotel while there was meny other different choices in much less prices and way better services. |

I liked the facilties close to the hotel, such as restaurants, night clubs, the pools and the perfect little beach. The hotel rooms where very nice and also quite near the hotel there was a nice litlle supermarket. I can defenetily recommend this hotel. I found the staff ok but a bit unpersonal and stiff in a sort of a uncomfortable way. |
