How ever at the begining I was a little worry as I had chosen the hotel from Internet but after the first day I was sure that this is a good place that I can confortabily stay . As the shopping mall was close to us and my wife could simply walk to Emirate mall and my son and I could rest and enjoy the gym and pool . Hotel was spotless and clean , every day taken care about it .

The most concern was that there was no restaurant in the hotel and they brought some foods as the breakfast which you could chose from the list.

Hotel is accross the road from the Mall of the Emerates & the metro station. The appartment was spacious, the bedroom had black-out curtains & the kitchen was well equipped with all the basics you need including microwave & washing machine. Paper was delivered daily. Bookings.com went out of their way to accomodate us with a date change. The room comes with breakfast but the hotel has no resturant!! So it is ordered the night before & delivered to the hotel. When its delivered to your room its cold! You have to take what you get with no option of choosing how you like your eggs & if the jam of the day is marmelade & you like anything but... tough! Your only dining options are Asian & Arabic take-aways unless you visit the mall accross the road. The bathroom ceeling was mouldy and they never replenished the bathroom amenities. Reception called ahead for prices of 2 expensive attraction, but gave us the wrong information by quoting us the local rates, we ended up not only paying an expensive taxi fare there but also double in park entry fees!!

swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness, hamam, proximity to metro and Mall. Clean, nice. Breakfast served in the room is good. Calm. Great place that I can recommend easily. Room is not big enough, just ok but a little more space would be appreciated. Most part of the windows are condamned by cupboards. Study desk had no plug system. If you need to work on your computer with plug, you have to plug in the other side of the room, so not confortable to work, I had to work on my bed. It cannot be classified as Appartement but as standard hotel room. I was supprised to see a room when i selected Apartment during my booking research. If you dont need to stay long and work in the room it is ok.

Location right behind Mall of Emirates, parking, nice and responsive staff, large rooms. Nice pool. Breakfast - wish it was buffet as much food was wasted. Paying for Wi-fi. Carpet in living room was filthy despite room being clean.

- Location: walking distance from Mall of Emirates I was in apartment 204: bed covers were smelly and it was hard to sleep because there is a big noisy exhaust fan running from the restaurant underneath the hotel. I asked to change my apartment so I was moved to 806: extremely small executive room, like sleeping in the corridor. There was no "don't disturb" sign so I asked for one but I found that someone removes from the door every morning: they have a shortage of cards. I asked for an iron and board: they got me an old iron that stained my shirt and a board that had a nail which caused a hole in my shirt. Breakfast: forget it. This is a poorly furnished apartment run unprofessionally, not a standard hotel apartment.

The location in Dubai is excellent and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The executive room offers very little sound-proofing - I was woken up by the room next door re-arranging their kitchen utensils and crockery at 01.00 in the morning as theeir kitchen is adjacent to the executive bedroom.

It is near Mall of Emirates, walking distance if weather is good There is nothing in the hotel except room. No facility. Room was small (though fine for me, for one night) and I hardly saw any staff.

I didn't like it at all, because the staff is very poor and i felt like they want to get rid of us when they called me at 12 noon time to ask me for checking out one day earlier, and i really did check out one day earlier because i wasn't feeling comfortable in this hotel, noisy, unorganized and very poor organization. in short cut i will never stay at the dunes nor advice any of my friends. poor staff. poor organization. very small room. noisy.

location I booked executive room 29 sq m, when I moved in, the room they gave me was 12 sq m. I asked the reception about, first they tried to convince me that this is the room I booked, then they confessed that they are overbooked and this is the only available room. also the room was supposed to ne nonsmoking, I found cigarettes and ashes behind the curtain. I stayed one noght only instead of 4.
