Dunes Hotel Apartment, Al Barsha  

How ever at the begining I was a little worry as I had chosen the hotel from Internet but after the first day I was sure that this is a good place that I can confortabily stay . As the shopping mall was close to us and my wife could simply walk to Emirate mall and my son and I could rest and enjoy the gym and pool . Hotel was spotless and clean , every day taken care about it .

Everything was perfect. It is by far the best hotel apartment you can find in Dubai. The others in Dubai have rooms/studios/1bedroom apartments smaller than you expected, or the kitchen´s furniture is very old, or the housekeeping service is not that good. In this case, the rooms were very big and spacious, the interior design was excellent compared to other hotel apartments, you have a 40" plasma TV and DVD/music player as well, big windows to enjoy the views and it is just 5 mins away from the Mall of the emirates and the main entrances to the metro stations, if you wat to walk! :-) (by the way, the metro stations are closed on Fridays, day off, till 2pm, but not the shopping malls). I had breakfast inclusive in the price, although I didn't find it "great": just small croissants, some orange juice and cereals, that´s all. But except that, the experience was 10/10. I strongly recommend it. Enjoy!!!

The stuff is very helpful and they are trying their best to make us happy apparent r quite big to all to move good facility breakfast is not good at all before apartments were without breakfast it was better and the room rates r less But for executive rooms is very small I don't recommend for others

Stuff location , rooms size , comfort, but little noisy for it's near main street and there is some construction

Excecutive room was not huge, but enough for one night! Very clean, modern and new furnishing/ design! Nice staff! Near to the Mall of the Emirates! Near to Sports City! Good price!

Breakfast is ok, not perfect.

I stayed in one of their executive rooms. Very clean and tidy. They had a well equipped gym and lovely rooftop pool. The location isn't idea and wouldn't suggest trying to walk there with your bags from the Metro and through the Mall. Once you get your bearings you should find it easy to pop over to the mall on foot. The area seems very sparse of bars and restaurants. The mall is your best bet. Took me 3 days to find Aprés bar. Overlooking the Ski Dubai's icy slope it's ideal for the smoker but AED 39 (£6.50) a pint for beer takes your breath away. Get your breakfast (delivered) early if you want any chance of it being warm. By 9am it isn't. Breakfast is a pizza box full of breakfast foods, some nice, some not. The staff are great and the room rate was perfect.

The Swiming pool is nice, my daughter love its. And the price is fair but the location is good, closely to the shopping center. Feeling good for thats 2 days on Dunes. Thanks.

It's only peanut things. The staff is warm and cooperative.

Location

Stayed in an Executive room. The room size was toooo small. The sound proofing was the worst you could hear everything that happened in the hallway, And breakfast was hopeless.

The location - reasonable proximity to Media City and Mall of Emirates

Very basically furnished. Dirty carpets and furniture. Expensive for what you get.

Spacious Flat. Close to emirates mall. 5 mints walking. Good parking area.

Needs more lighting in rooms. It would be nicer if there are carpets instead of plane floor. Kitchen had no curtains.
