Great location in terms of the Emirates Shopping Mall where Ski Dubai is. It is a 2 minute walk to the place. From there you can take the metro to other places within the city. |

We had a well appointed apartment which was clean. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates. There is a well maintained pool on the roof. The staff are polite and attentive. We were on the 3rd floor with the bedrooms facing the road, the windows do not provide adequate sound insulation and traffic noise was a nuisance at night. The hotel policy for 'complimentary tea & coffee' meant that once these items (a few sachets in a bowl) had been used, they were not replaced. I only wanted a few sachets of sugar but the staff refused to provide any more. This seemed ridiculous when you consider the minimal cost and the fact they were happy to change towels and bedding every day if you asked for it. |

The room was new,and clean. It was close to mall of emirates, and the staff were very kind. Also there was a computer with internet connection in the loby 24/7 for free. I booked 2 one bed room appartment, but when I came to them they gave me 1 two bedroom apartmen, however thy gave it to me at the same price of the original booking so I had no problem with that. |

Location I felt during check in and afterwards that certain staff at the reception is not very respectfull to non-arabic women, though they were fairly polite. Anyway there's a certain preferences to men or local people. They need to work on their attitude if they consider themselves opened for international guests. |

Well - actually the chinese restaurant....Lily something..It is advertised as providing food delivery to rooms, including breakfast. As there is so much construction around the hotel, and walking over to the Mall of the Emirates is not easy or safe, I chose to have dinner at that restaurant. The food was off. Not so badly that I got sick, but it had flavors from the fridge and tasted bad. The staff were also not at all friendly -at the restaurant. The hotel staff were - in contrast - very nice and helpful. |

The staff were fantastic. Room was huge and very clean. There were no flannels/facewashers. Breakfast was really meagre. I thought it was supposed to be a buffet, but was just scrambled eggs and cold toast. It was delivered to our room. (May have been due to Ramadan???) |

Appartment was clean and Roomy and staff helpful. At the moment with all the road works and all the closed down building sites it is not a good choice as vehicle access is circuitous and there is no pedistrian access to the Mall of the Emirites. At this time we would recommend staying closer to Dubai Creek |

The Hotel staff was very polite, efficient, eager to please at all times. The room was clean, everything in the bathroom worked, all modern fixtures. Mall of Emerates within walking distance. Limited choices on menu for breakfast, some of the few things listed not available. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed for repair during our stay. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was much better than we expected, large and luxurious. Also near the Mall of the Emirates (with the inside ski-slope). Excellent value for money. A bit far away from the city centre, but taxis are cheap so not a big problem. |
