We liked the cleaness & taff help. We particularly did not like the parking spaces as they are too narrow for 4X4 cars. Our new car got lots of scratches & dents from other cars parking orpassing by, which cost us a lot of money to fix. Another thing we did not like is the no-lunch & no-dinner available at the resturant, but can only be room serviced. |

It was good & there was a feel of home away from home although my visit was short Regarding Cable T.V not many channels or programmes to our region's taste/language was available especially ehen i am from lower southern part of india. |

Rooms were spacious and well presented. Kitchen area was huge and well appointed.Close to Souk, corniche and main areas in town. The pool was closed for ladies from 2-5, although this was not a problem it would be good to know this before staying incase you wanted this facility for the family in the afternoon. |

Staff was very courteous and nice. Extra pillows would have been nice. Hotel staff responded promptly to requests. Breakfast buffet selection can be improved. Definitely not the same Embassy Suites Hotel in the US. Don't expect the same type of breakfast selection. |

The receiption ONLYwas good as service but other was poor service I was not happy with the service dus to the following :1.Breakfast is not good and the service at the hotel is poor 2.I went for meeting at 9 and came back at 2 pm and the room was not cleaned and organizes which is normal servicse for the other hotels |

This is not an affilated Emabassy Suites. They just use the name. Guest services are nit very good. They cannot even get you a wake up call in the a.m. Taxis are a problem unless you arrange well in advance. For the Dubai-Sharjah area price is ok and the size of the rooms-suites is large, really a one bedroom.Hot water difficult to figure out. Must turn on by the room.. Front desk staff generally unknowledegable and cannot help with wakeup call and getting taxis. They try hard, but systems are poor.Not service oriented really. Clearly absentee management. Kind of strange place, like an apartment building really not a hotel. But very clean and everything works in the suite. I did get a fruit plate delivered upon arrival,nice thought. Could not figure out ho |

Les chambres sont spacieuses et c est calme. Le petit dejeuner etait copieux et bon. La piscine est a l interieur et c est dommage de ne pas profiter du soleil. L hotel en general est assez vieux. Je le trouve cher pour les prestations qu il propose. |

Der Empfangsbereich und die Zimmer waren sehr anschaulich. Der Service am Empfang war schlecht und die Mitarbeiter teilweise unfreundlich. Personal am Empfang war teilweise im Englisch schlecht und es gab viele Missverständnisse deswegen. Leider war eine große Baustelle vor dem Hotel und es gab tagsüber und teilweise auch nachts starken Baulärm. |
