For the very reasonable price, we enjoyed a generous two bedroomed, two bathroomed, fully serviced and comfortably furnished modern apartment with kitchen, lounge and dining area. The hotel facilities were in good condition and the staff most hospitable. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the restaurant. |

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is in the middle of the city. The price of food and drinks are very reasonable. Currently, esha is under construction so we found some rooms better than other which we pay same price for all. |

The apartment was big enough for a family. good value for money, beds were clean and comfortable. Window A/c was very noisy, bathroom needs maintenance and it has to be more clean. breakfast was below standard |

It is conveniently located located in the city and close to the sea side. the bedding were clean and beds attractively made *the hallway to our room was a construction zone, dusty and noisy. 2. The rooms in our apartment were not well maintained, the dinning chairs and windows were particularly filthy. The kitchen was lucking a knife and when I requested for one, it took a reminder and almost 3 hours later to get one. Lady at the front seemed nice but was not very helpful regarding directions around town. |

really i like the way of some one called me from booking.com and she solved my problem, please pass my thanks and regards to her. dealing with costomers like staff, not helping costomers for late chack out, example i asked them for late chack out after big discussion with them. |

I made my booking through booking.com and I caleed the hotel to confirm my booking but nobody informed me the swimming pool is closed for maintanance 1 month and gym is closed for eid holy days .after I checked in the hotel I came to know this . I spoke to the duty manager mr. Mansoor about lack facilities which was mentioned in the booking .com and asked for the discount in price or alternative He replied that he will not give any discount since they informed booking .com that the swimmig pool is closed for 1 month and me and my family is very disappointed about the stay in the hotel with out the facilities promised for a very high price please do the needful immediately.thanks, alex thomas |

veramente poco pulito a partire dal bagno fino ad arrivare alla cucina. l'impianto di condizionamento è molto vecchio e soprattutto rumoroso. la vista che si ha dal balcone della camera da letto è di una discarica a cielo aperto. troppo caro per la qualità prestata. |

fuer den preis garnichts !! Na klar, erstens die Baustelle im 4.Stock die um 7:30 morgens begonnen hat. Dann die Fenster die nicht defekt sind und nicht zu schliessen sind, dann die Rezeptionistin die luegt bez, ruhigem Hotel. Das Zimmer war zur Strasse, bei den Fenstern die nicht zu schliessen sind, haben wie nicht mal ein Auge zugemacht. Es war schrecklich !! |

Les chambres vastes et les lits king size. La vétusté et saleté extérieure à l'hotel. Le bruit de la climatisation (inutilisable si l'on souhaite dormir) et les oiseaux ayant niché dans cette climatisation et piaillant dés l'aube.... |

La piscine en terrasse. Le restaurant. La literie L'hotel est ancien, il y a beaucoup de nuissances sonores dû au manque d'isolation phonique. De plus l'hotel est en travaux ce qui n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation. Les sanitaires sont à refaire. 575 aed en promo cela reste chère pour les prestations. |
