The staff of this very clean hotel apartment are very accomodating, friendly and truly professionals... Thanks Mr. Mansoor (The receptionist) for making our stay more pleasure. the price is so affordable yet the place is perfect esp. for family. I highly recommend this hotel apartment.

The entire staff especially Mr Mansoor at the reception was very sociable, polite and understanding. Great person to be at the right place. Take a bow Mr Mansoor...We were all impressed and look forward to seeing you and staying again in your apartments.

The stringent timing schedule of check out which was hardly 30mins extra than the stipulated time. I suggest there should be some relaxation to esp those who travel with kids.

Mr. Mansoor is very good person. He is well manageable and is having well customer focus orientation. Due to some over booking at hotel, initially we hadn't find what we booked but he managed to provide substitute for it as alternative which was suitable as per our requirement. He also provided package uncovered facility since we were group of people with kids. I really loved it. Also he promised to have good discount and required apartment next visit since this time we hadn't got apartment as per our seeing view. Overall it was budget covered deal within city and situated opposite to Choitram's Supermarket and next to Arabic cuisine restaurant. So over all we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was fine, staff is very nice, its near the sea side, just walking for jet ski and other water sports, located on main road, opposite choitram for shopping (daily Needs). Overall a good, clean and well appointed property in Fujairah (uae).

The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. The executive suites were very nicely appointed. Really appreciated the late-check out. Room service menu was also very reasonable.

Room could do with a dvd player. Had to play movies for the children on our laptop.

Spacious and very clean

The staff and the manager were extremely accommodating. The rooms are huge (the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom). It is more that what is expected if you just look at the outside of the building. This is one of those times where you need to not "judge a book by it's cover!" I was on the 1st floor and was shown the 4th floor as we were leaving. Next time, show your customer the 4th floor first!!!! The pool and other facilities were nice as well.

The room was clean; however, it smelled of bug spray. They should add some air freshner to mask the smell. I had to move the headboards to plug in our laptops and the dust that had built up behind there was ridiculous. Other than a parent with small children, I do not think that anyone else would have noticed. I looked at the air vents and they were clean so it was not a cleanliness problem.

Nice room, very spacious.

A number of maintenance issues (E.G. Light bulbs) sofa bed in poor repair. Initially refused to provide 6 breakfasts although booking wad for 6 people with breakfast included.

The breakfast was very poor
