- Staff very helpful and pleasant - fancy suite ... kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and tools - the hotel food is very cheap. - Disturbance of the air conditioner - there is some problems in bathroom like shower neck loose - external appearance of the Hotel Apartments untidy - swimming pool 30 AED per person - No WIFI network or wired connection.

Centrally situated, clean rooms recently refurbished. Exterior paint of building is appalling ! Suggest a proper hotel sign board at lower level (right now it is above the 7th floor).

Loved the rooms!!! Very spacious and got everything you need... Just that bathroom toilet didnt function well at first but mAnagement quickly respond to it. Also the location a bit odd at first but once you come in its ok

The staff and the manager were extremely accommodating. The rooms are huge (the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom). It is more that what is expected if you just look at the outside of the building. This is one of those times where you need to not "judge a book by it's cover!" I was on the 1st floor and was shown the 4th floor as we were leaving. Next time, show your customer the 4th floor first!!!! The pool and other facilities were nice as well. The room was clean; however, it smelled of bug spray. They should add some air freshner to mask the smell. I had to move the headboards to plug in our laptops and the dust that had built up behind there was ridiculous. Other than a parent with small children, I do not think that anyone else would have noticed. I looked at the air vents and they were clean so it was not a cleanliness problem.

Friendly staff .. No nonsense hotel with practical rooms and facilities. 24 hour Internet for aed 25 which is a bargain compared to other local hotels. Highly recommended if you want to explore Fujairah on a tight budget. Internet although very cheap per day it is very slow. The included breakfast offer needs to be improved big time and made into a self- service just like all other hotels. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

Nice room, very spacious. A number of maintenance issues (E.G. Light bulbs) sofa bed in poor repair. Initially refused to provide 6 breakfasts although booking wad for 6 people with breakfast included.

Have stayed there before. Very good and relaxed. Good view from roof, central location. Pleasant rooms. They need to maintain the electric appliances though. Our jug didn't work because of a dodgy adapter, which they just fiddled with to get working, and we had a black out during the day - glad we weren't in a lift.

The Executive 2 bedroom apartment was as good as any 5 star facility. The exterior is not so appealing but we were all pleasantly surprised with the quality of the apartment.
