the hotel is very close to the new meto.. traveling around dubia was easier as taxi's are a nightmare during rush hour periods the hotel has not got a bar... |

The apartment was very large, spacious and new interiors, well designed, well serviced daily, and the breakfast was good. There was nothing I did not like. It performed well in all categories. |

Price was excellent for the accomodations. The service was impeccable, staff couteous and helpful. Next to Deira City Center for groceries and shopping and a Metro location. Room was spacious and kept clean. Location was central to all the activites we had planned. We had everything that we needed and wanted out of our stay. |

Heart of the city, lovely big balcony and creek view. Compared to the high competition and wide variety of hotels in dubai, the price is too much compared to other hotels of the same class. |

the location is very good , every thing is nice. the staff were not that profissional. my booking was for 3 nights and i had have to leave after the second night. the resiption man said i have to pay the thired night. but the manager Peter was proffisional to solve that problem |

The rooms are always nice and clean. Lots of space and the fruit basket is the best. Also they allow you late checkout to meet your flight time. Did not like that the cafe staff could not make a proper frappucino for the second time I was staying at this hotel. Also the lobster was overcooked. Not a good thing. |

Flora Creek Hotel Apartments is a very comfortable 'home from home' for our family. The staff and facilities are excellent and the location is ideal for shopping and is also conveniently placed for family entertainment. We always enjoy our stay there. |

The location is great, the room was great, the guest relations was great, airport transfer was great. The reception upon a late arrival was on the phone while inchecking me and my wife. This took much longer than necessary. Also, the reception was rude when I requested a late checkout and was not customer friendly. The guest relations supv handled the situation very well. |

Le salon tres spacieux et clair. Un balcon tres large et lumineux.Une vue tres agreable malgre la proximité des travaux. En finalité malgré le petit cafard noir l'hotel est tres agreable et la wifi excellente. J'y retournerais tres volontiers. Un cafard noir solitaire dans la cuisine. Tres peu de couverts dans la cuisine et pas du tout de peite cuillere. L'impossibilite de prendre un petit dej avant 6 heures. Inconvenient majeur pour les voyageurs matinaux. |
