Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments  

Smooth check-in, excellent service, large comfy bed, close to airport, Dubai City Centre and Dubai Metro, The Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments are truly a wonderful "home away from home." The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Staff were helpful and courteous at all times, I asked for the mini bar contents to be removed as I didn't want a block on my credit card and this was no problem. If you wanted a Taxi anywhere all you had to do was phone reception and ask them to organize one for you at your specified time, the Taxi was always there on time too. Liked having the option of a key to get onto the balcony ( just ask at reception). Metro was a 3 minute walk from apartment and via the metro you could get into Deira City Centre Mall. Lovely view of Burj Khalifa, yes there is a building project opposite the hotel and a main highway, but we found it all rather interesting. Value for money

Felt reception let themselves down when we departed by not asking how our stay was...otherwise nothing.

We had very nice time during our stay, nice staffs esp. Ken, Nasar, Reena & Kumar they were very nice and smiling all the time, willing to help any time I would recommend it to all of my friends, esp. Families, I like the free and good signal WiFi, clean and new furniture car parking was good and specious.. Thenx to all staffs

Location, decor, restaurant and staff.

No extension on request of late check-out. Accidentally cut amount from the card even though all dues paid in cash.

It is very nice hotel, very clean, room service above expectation. Front office people are very professionals and helpful specially Madhuri assisted me and solved all my concerns and Marie who courtesy me by call with nice way,i did the check in within 2 mints and the check out the same. The hotel located opposite deira city center so u can go down for shopping , for sure The concierge services was the best so far, the staff were friendly and I can't forget Ahmed who helped me from the booking through the stay until I left was more helpful to me definitely i'll come back on my next visit to Dubai

It is not clear address we have gps but we lost for 2 hours ,much noise from Construction out side

Great place to go, wasn't expecting to enjoy Dubai quite as much as I did, will definitely be returning. Flora Creek Apartments had everything required, friendly helpful staff, apartments were very clean tidy and spacious with close proximity to everything, We will definitely be returning

Friendly Staff, very helpful and accomodating. In addition the value for money is worth it. I'd recommend it to my colleagues travelling either for business or pleasure. Amazing! I would like to send my regards to Ahmed salama and Madhuri and vetri they made my stay so comfortable

Very rude Staff once I did check in she is asking me what time I check out in a rude way etch he hotel in the past was good but this Time didn't like the staff working there

Cheap furniture Low quality bed, bed sheets and pillows Rooms smell like paint Poor staff, and they were rude with me when I asked for 1 hour late check out No taxi service available, you need to wait at the back door for 15 to 20 mins to find a taxi yourself, they even do not help with that I do not recomend this hotel

breakfast buffet is too poor & car access, as its very hard to reach service road

clean, very friendly staff, front desk were efficient, breakfast was very very good, rooms were clean and house keeping was fast...all in all a very good stay...will come agian.

-Great view of the creek -They have a hot Jacuzzi -Room was well equipped, (microwave,washer, ironing pad..etc) -Walking destince to City Center mall.

- Tight parking - Free internet policy allows only one device, paid internet as the case with most hotels is expensive. I got a roaming internet package and it was cheaper for me

The location was great If not the ongoing construction the view is amazing

Clean and bright rooms

Saying "river view room" when there's no river view due to a construction. Breakfast too expensive for the variety they offer. Staff either extremely friendly, resulting annoying or too "not interested". Not having a beer in the mini bar of a hotel in Dubai is not nice.

the location in regards to city center and airport

Rude , unfriendly to guests policy, they charged the room value before entering at check in, they also asked to block the value of the mini bar before check in, and when we refused, they came to clear the mini bar in five min, as if guests are thieves, room is not clean ,and definetly not a delux standards, uncomfortable beds, pillows and the curtain in the bathroom , is a sign of unclean , non hygienic enviroment. will not return there ever....

I was very comfortable as it had all the facilities of a home. The washing machine, the small kitchenette, well located met all my requriements. The staff were very courteous and helpful

it is a good and nice confort hotel , attention of security guys to people and welcoming every single entry.

Overall lovely stay but?????

Very disapointed at the end of my stay when they double charged me for the airport pick up and refused to provide proof of me not paying in the first place. Also must becareful as hotel misinformed me of local calls being not chargeable and when I checked out the slapped me with a big phone bill. When I checked with dubai telecom all local numbers are free but yet the hotel charged me

Staff are always glad to help, apartments are clean and location is great- near shopping mall and Metro station.
