Flora Grand Hotel  

The room is clean and designed good. The free internet for Booking.com, the fair price for rooms for Booking.com users and the location is in the middle of downtown thought its not on the main road.

There is no Night Club.

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. I found very friendly and pleasant staff. If I ever go to Dubai I will definately choose this hotel.

I found the hotel to be up to expectation. The room was large, bed comfortable, bathroom clean and well equipped. I received a newspaper in my language daily and the wifi worked. Breakfast for a non meat eater was good...eggs prepared to order, but the coffee was instant not brewed. The locality was convenient for a traveller who wants to experience the Dubai of normal people as opposed to the new concrete jungle of the modern part. The metro is accessible and it is possible to visit old parts of the city using state of the art transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. The sauna was enjoyable and the spa treatment devine. I would recommend this hotel .

Quiet, friendly helpful nice staff, clean, well located, many free services, well furnished and wide breakfast choice, can't complain! Thanks for your hospitality.

Jacuzzi is homemade, so it can be better.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived.

Hotel is clean and quite, located behind an active area for walk and shopping. Restaurants are close by. Friendly Staff and cooperative. I got a room upgrade. Free Internet and wifi service. Breakfast is so nice. Hotel is close to airport, city center shopping mall, and Deira district. Free Parking and Taxis are available all time around the hotel.

Lobby area is too small. No view, only buildings surrounding.

Conveniently close to the airport, and the metro. The room was large and clean, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. As we were there only for two nights, we were able to get out and about with no problems at all.

The travel agency inside the hotel practices very very hight charges )not honest in my personal opinion). For a dinner for 3 people in Burj Al Arab and the transfer we paid 400 euro but the cost of the same dinner was 180 euro if you pay directly in Burj Al Arab. The taxi to go to Burj Al Arab is about 10 euro.

I liked it very much. Nice hotel and good staff as well. Loved my room and also hotel is in good location, not far from everything.

Clean hotel with good breakfast

Room 5514 is small compare to spacious bath room

The hotel is located less than 500 meters from the Al Riggae metro stop. There are a large number of good eating joints within walking distance and a well stacked mini supermarket next door. The staff were very courteous, efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and a minor problem related to the wash basin was attended to swiftly.

I had booked the room without the breakfast option. However while checking in I was told that the breakfast (75 aed per head) is included within the room price and I was handed a rough paper hand ticked showing me the same fact. It was a surprise. Next morning just before breakfast I went to the reception to double check on the inclusion of the breakfast and during that time the same gentleman told me that the breakfast was not included and was shown my initial booking paper. At that point I showed him the paper with his handwriting mentioning that the breakfast was included following which he apologized profusely saying that it was a mistake on his part. In case I would not have double checked I would have to shell out 1200 aed for breakfast for the 4 days for our four family members. I think it was a ploy and so the guests should be careful. Otherwise the staff were fantastic barring this incident
