Flora Grand Hotel  

The room is clean and designed good. The free internet for Booking.com, the fair price for rooms for Booking.com users and the location is in the middle of downtown thought its not on the main road.

There is no Night Club.

The staff was very nice to everybody

My internet was for free but i get only after 3 days

Breakfast was not nice at all. Ordered room service once and could not eat the food as did not taste nice at all!

I liked the pleasant look of the room and its furniture were like new..

Room size was bit small but this fact was mentioned in the room description on booking.com..

Good location for Metro. Staff very helpful. Nice place, good value for money.

Arrived at Dubai Airport Hotel Courtesy Car pick up point 01.00am (tired) and were still waiting to be taken to the Hotel at 02.00am. When it was only 5-10 mins from Hotel they could easily have taken us down and come back. This is not acceptable......maybe up to 30 mins ok if they are waiting for someone else.....1 Hr is not !!

comfortable and clean

I was impressed with the extraordinary care provided by one particular staff member; a young man named Louther. He has that wonderful quality to be able anticipate a guests needs and fulfill them with charm and alacrity that exceeds all expectations!

From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out (24 hours) I was asked 4 times by reception as to when I would be leaving. This frequency made me feel extremely unwelcome. I gave the same answer each time and wonder why that could not have been recorded my account. Very disappointing.

Nice furnature but need improvement in service

Suffered as ac was not working and fixed after long time , also water was leaking in the toilet

Flora grand was a very good hotel for a three night stopover on the way back from malaysia it was clean the staff were all courteous and nothing too much trouble we have stayed at other hotels on rigga road and consider this the best for the price.

Location is the best part being neat a metro station, restaurants and shops. Reception staff are accommodating and a complimentary juice at arrival. the breakfast is good also. We are on the 3rd floor but no noise coming from the outside. And a free WiFi internet is a great plus! Got a problem at first but the I.T. manager came and fix it! Overall a great stay!

Although all 200 rooms was full and it was crowded in the lobby but they checking me in so warmly and on time, rooms were so clean with new furnish, very warm and nice staff, very good house keeping and room service, very good location for business and shopping, all brand restaurant is in hand, large super market next to the hotel with atm machine, but stop and metro station only 200 meter, free high speed internet in rooms and lobby.

Although they use LCD/Flat tv in the rooms but they couldn't receive programs with good quality also they could arrange better channels and program for it. Some rooms are covered with parquet and ceramic tiles at the floor that it was better than carpeted floor for me as cleanness. If you stay long time in this hotel the breakfast becomes boring and regular for you. (I was stayed there for 10 days)
