I found the staff on reception, especially the women, were helpful, freindly and welcoming. The hotel is handy to the airport, and the free shuttle service is a plus. The breakfast provided lots of choice. I was surprised that the standard rooms did not have tea/coffee making facilities - I think this is a very basic hospitality requirement. I was told not to turn on bathroom hot-water heating because the water was already solar heated. But it turned out the water wasn't hot at all. |

Very prompt and good service on all levels. Shuttle service was great: at arrival we were delayed till 1.00 a.m. They were still waiting for us! |

It is located in good place. Arranging transport to airport and dubai outlet. Made us to wait when we reached. High pricr for half day. |

breakfast buffet and glass lifts and ambiance of foyer etc Yes there was not any free buses to big shopping mall They need to have daily on the hour buses to shopping malls. |

I emailed hotel with my flight arrival details, and they very kindly sent a car to meet my partner and myself at the airport to take us to the hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. |

The hotel is located near the old town and airport in Dubai with good local restaurants, hotels and shops. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. There is no bar or nightclub so its relatively quiet though there is some construction work going on across the road. The hotel taxi is expensive so use a local metered taxi to get around. No wifi! |

The rooms were spotless clean and comfy beds, pillows etc. All bathroom amenities were available. The breakfast has heaps of variety, it was fresh and yummy! The hotel is not huge to get lost in, it is a mid size hotel with lots of warmth. The location was perfect, close to the new city and the old. |

Staff was friendly and booking fast. First we got room with no bouble bed but even one with double bed was found quite quickly - even bigger and better! Room was also tidy. It was nice to get car in hotel´s own parking hall. Colouring of the room waqs dark and done with poor taste. Probably been like that for a long time. Breakfast was not so special, at least not for european taste. |
