Unstable expensive limited internet with limited device. We will only recommend based on above negative aspect. US visitors would like unlimited internet with unlimited device. These days everyone has at least two devices with them 1 smart phone, one laptop. So based on occupants you should multiply. The only option you have is to provide unlimited with unlimited device.

Staff is very friendly and the best thing is that this hotel offers complementary wifi for two computers.

Odour in the apartment. Kitchen surfaces sticky / oily residue .......Kitchen in need of a deep clean.......as oppose to only surface cleaning.

good place ,nearest to city centre deira which is very helpful to buy some groceries in carfor.

The ambiance of the apartment was good. The housekeeping attendants were very good and helpful. IT was definitely excellent value for money

One of the girls at reception had to be told thrice to send a trolly and arrange for a taxi. Apart from that it was a wonderful experience staying at the apartments.

Calm environment and friendly staff

Very clean & spacious rooms! Service is excellent. Walking distance to Deira City Center and Metro. I Highly recommend this hotel, especially for Families.

Pillows are not comfortable.

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with my wife in room 806 and found it to be a clean good sized apartment. The hotel is right opposite the Deira City Centre Mall which has a large supermarket and lots of places to eat. Plenty of staff in the hotel at all times and always willing to help ...Especially the housekeepers Mohammed Quais and Shamimullah Sheikh who I found to be very kind and helpful.

No furniture on Balcony, told to use the dining table chairs.

Apartment was very spacious., Clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, 10 mins from the airport, the Metro was pratically on the doorstep. The Deira Shopping Mall was a few minutes way. The complimentary wifi internet worked perfectly!

Flora Park is now showing its age. Reception area, and the apartments specially the toilets and the kitchens must be refurbished

Brakefast bufet cost alot than its shown-Hotel do not have extra matris,they have only Extra Bed and cost to much-There is bad smell in some rooms

I booked a two bedroom apartment. My husband took the second room because he is a light sleeper and our small baby keeps him up at night. When I asked for an extra bed for the nanny and the receptionist ( male man) started asking all sorts of intrusive questions which I really didn't appreciate or like. I felt he was quite rude and vowed not to stay at this hotel again.

Good position, close to metro and airport. Large apartment.

Some rooms in the apartment were locked, balcony and windows locked. Switching on and off lights were somehow tricky.

Location and price

The problem is in the bad smile inside the room , at the beginning I change my room from 1207 to 710 . but the same problem appear it seems that hotel visitors are cooking inside the room specially in the night time and the smile distribute all over the floor and make it inconvenient and annoying. I give my clothes for laundry , I was promise it will be ready next day evening time , till the other morning my laundry was not ready and I have to call the room service to remind them with that. When I make the check out , they put in my account 126 Durham which I do not know about it . after checking it was done by mistake

awesome customer service, prompt help with bags / strollers / luggage at the very second your car pulls up to the entrance, friendly with children, great food, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, overall clean and inviting

The shower in the master bathroom became cold after just a few minutes of use. It's worth noting that we did not ask to have it fixed, though.The other shower in the room did not have this problem, so we just used it instead.
