Nice cheap hotel and walking distance to 2 train stations

The main reception smelled of cigeratte

Airconditioning of the hotel was poor. All the time ice would gather at the ductile and nights were aweful and needed technicians to sort it out. They should also offer breakfast complimentary. The Arabian night club charges extra cost for drinks and food which is not right. They should be charging similar cost as the other 4 night clubs do. One C Colla worth AED50 dirhams or one bear AED50 is not justified nor a plate of fruit is AED200 justified.

Price was good. Comfortable room and bed. Good location near airportt. Shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Noisy bars downstairs (ask for top floor room). Thought the room was clean until I lay in the bath and saw the mold underneath the soap holder tile...uughhh. Car park gate kept closing before I could get back in the car and drive through. Why are they so fixated with keeping your passport or ID. They should get their own.

The worst hotel I ever seen , it was dirty, nasty , and stinky. The hotel staff were not professional. The location is bad, they had loud music all night long very bad representations to a city like Dubai.

The rooms were comfortable. The bed linen & towels was clean. The aircon worked very well. The staff were very helpfull & friendly. Good value for money & near the airport.

Freddie's bar where breakfast was served was very poorly lite. Many TV screens on with no sound & music from another direction. Mezanine floor has 4 nightclubs which close at 3am so lots of noise.

Very comfortable bed, decent working space, convenient for Dubai Metro (Dubai Free Zone, Green Line station about 500 m). Very good price through Booking.com!

No non-smoking room so there was a noticeable background smell. Bathroom a bit knocked about -- bath tub enamel unpleasantly chipped. Shower over bath rather than a shower cubicle. Who takes a bath nowadays??

The m floor is especially for bar & nightclubs. The night club is Indian, Pakistani, Bangali and Egyption. For me, all of them are sucks. They charge 100 Dirham for visitor. دور الميزانين مخصص للملهى الليلي و الملهى الليلي ( هندي ، باكستاني ، بنقالي ، مصري) صراحة كلهم يلوعون الچبد يجب دفع مبلغ 100 دينار للضيوف

The staff were very nice & moved my booking to the next night free of charge although the booking was not to be amended or canceled free of charge, it was a very nice gesture on their side. As usual the location is perfect for my business.

The morning shift staff at the reception tried to double charge us and said the booking was not paid; he was wrong & the matter was resolved but it was a hassle.

paid for a superior room for bigger bed and had two beds pushed together

convenient, close to airport, to metro , shops available next door. when in transit or need for a convenient deal. bar at lobby is a nice surprise for relaxing.

free wifi will be a plus. shower could be upgrated.

During our stay there was a painting job in progress so there was bad smell of paint and lift button was not properly fixed in the lift

Block money in first booking

It was a good bargain. Clean & the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for my Business.

The A/C was not working, but I called maintenance & I left the Hotel for dinner and when I came back it was fixed. However it ruined my midday nap. The Gym is a disaster & the internet is available in the Business center only and costs AED 20 per hour!!!

Obviously, the price is a very good bargain. For me the location is perfect & it's 5 minutes walk from Al Qusais Metro station ( Also near the Airport ). Friendly & flexible staff. Clean.

WiFi is way too expensive at aed20 per hour & is only available in the business center!!it should be available in the rooms & included in the price like other Hotels. The a/c keeps changing temperature on it's own. Equipments at the Fitness Center are a disaster, but this is to be expected like many other Hotels.
