Friendly staff, superb location,

I like the location, near to where we want to be. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

Elevators/lifts are slow. Sometimes only one is working.

Location of the hotel

- Hotel Staff -The hotel was dirty with bad smell.

It was a public holiday in the UAE when we checked in. There was rush but the staffs were still friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and they were trying to serve everybody as best as they could.

Staff behaviour is excellent and humble I would like to stay again if Ihave tour again in fujaira

The free internet and parking the staff were friendly and hotel clean

they need to get the windows cleaned there is no point having a sea view you cant see. There was a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee

I like the city of that

Excellent Hotel very close to city corneich and facing masjed all around the hotel, city markets, resturants and cafe .Hotel front desk are very freindly and helpfull.I would love to live in this hotel on my next visit.

Its was good hotel fpr short stay...

The hotel facilities are not up to standard .Even though its known as four star hotel.We had a bad incident of ac is not working properly.....Even though we complain it took many time to repair....

The only thing I liked was the location of the hotel

I did not like ths staff and the way they welcome the guests. Also, the check in for me took an hour as when I reached at 2:30pm, I was waiting for 45 minutes to get the room and they did not tell me in advance (at least before reaching the hotel) that the hotel was fully booked. Also, the reception staff was too rude and did not respond properly to our queries.

Nich atmosphere

We ordered food from the room service.The experience was very poor.The food was late for more than 1.45 Hrs and it came cold.When I complained the second day as it was late night upon serving the food (at 02:00 am) and idid not compalin directly.However, when I complained to a duty manager called Samir.He did nothing and he did not have time to talk to me.He just said "i will see what to do later "knowing that I am checking out in 30 minutes.This is the last to expect from a 4 stars hotel where service aspect key factor in evaluating the hotel.It seems that they do not care..

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nightclub was great!

Food service was very slow. Coffee or tea was not readily available in the rooms. Some toiletries were not available.

Very budget friendly hotel with sea view and centrally located.

Walls on the rooftop to see out from the pool area. And the band at the Ratzky's was tops. Thanks, Mr. X

close location to sea...amble parking, good saff and lot of fun nearby.

need more attention to room maintenance,while i was staying bathroom pipes were leaking and flooding warter in bath are.

Voice of the night club is noisy

Early check in. Bellboys were very nice however mornijg and afternoon ones.

We requested king size bed however we were given two joined beds. I asked receptionist before check in he said it's king however it was not! Called to change the room but was offered lower floor which is noisy at night due to night club activity.... So I refused Room service : we order two heineken Mexican style but order taker did not understand what it meant so I had to explain and he was like are you sure???? He came to the room and was looking how idropped the juice in glasses and left. When I wanted to open the beers I couldn't since there was no bottle opener in the room! I called them and after ten minutes the same guy came and gave me his own bottle opener attached to his keys and said I could not keep it! Duh!!!!

This is what you call best value for money! Simple but clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good service , night life options. I would definitely stay again and reconend to others!

The kids play room very dark. Need a brighter lights. Smell of cigaretes in the passage. Fridge in the room wasnt cooling at all ( same for my other 6 friends )

I liked the location and the furniture.

I didn't like the service. there was no water in the room there was no table next to my bed. there was no battries in the alarm clock. there was very loud sound for the AC even if it was off which cannot let you sleep and gives you headache. No proper maintenance. they want to repair the AC while we were in the room. 6 floor room is full of noise from the night club. and much more. It was terrible stay for me and my family.
