When we arrived they told us that they will charge us a rate different than what we had booked on booking.com. They charges us 500AUD while our booking was 440AUD. Also they told us initially that breakfast was not included for us while I was sure that my booking included breakfast and after I insisted that they make sure they saw that breakfast was indeed included for us. Then I payed by mastercard the price of the room of 500AUD and I signed the bill for 500AUD but my mastercard was charged 600AUD. There was a big glass window between the room and the bathroom and the curtains for that window were on the room's side so the person in the room can very easily peek on the person in the bathroom which is inconvenient. In conclusions I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Ideal location for business and shopping. Near two Metro stations. Nearby good eating joints. The charges after first two days are going up. If you stay longer, the room rates are increasing.

Even though I was travelling for business, I found great comfort at Four Points. The food was excellent and the amenities helped to make my trip less challenging. Most of all, I enjoyed the service and the staff. They were awesome!

Very closed to shopping and metro. The bed and pillow was very relaxing that's was my major concern when I sleep in hotels. Nothing. I think staff were excellence.

This place was wonderful and a great value for the price in Dubai. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was great. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in! They also actually had magnificent soft pillows!! We didn't eat there much but the buffet we did have was excellent. The location in Bur Dubai was fabulous. Very close to the heart of the old city which is far more fun and interesting than downtown. Walking distance to the creek, souks and restaurants. Metro just a block away. Wonderful. The concierge was so friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. This hotel was terrific. There is nothing I didn't like. The only thing that would make it even better would be to offer free wi-fi in the rooms and not just the lobby area. If you need a place to stay in Dubai as a staging point for enjoying the city then this is a perfect place!

The staff were very prompt in responding. Prompt communication from Manager and Front desk staff. Keep up the good work! The daily cost of having Internet connection in the rooms is very high. It is free in the lobby and would add to convenience if the same is extended to the rooms. At least to the executive rooms at no additional cost. Many low cost hotel in other countries offer free wireless connection in rooms.
