The room was very nice and comfortable. The service was excellent. After the first night we enquired about the music from the bottom floors till 3pm. The hotel staff spared no effort to find us a alternaive suitable room that was available. The hotel has a strange unpleasant smell throughout. There are some strange characters haging about the hotel in the evenings near the restaurants and the club which make you feel uncomfortable. |

The standard size room was comfortable, tastfully decorated and the bed was of excellent quality. The hotel is starting renovations next month which will make the rooms, if the advertisement is true, extraordinary. From 10:30-12:00 on a weekend morning there is no in-house restaurant to obtain food, only the snack meals at the bar. An individual may order room service at those times, but otherwise he has to look outside the hotel for a late breakfast. |

Blanket was dirty. Also, I could not sleep because there was a noise in the room all the time. I did not know where it was coming from but looks like a machine. |

Few staff are ok In fact they usually give a busket of fruit they did not provide it and when l told them they said oh yes sorry we will put now but nothing happened they did not put anything . The room serviece is very very bad |

the staff is friendly, swimming pool is nice, british pub too night club is noisy till 3 am, you should not stay on the lower levels of the hotel |

The check in was a nightmare. They were asking for my passport when it was clear that I am a Dubai residence, of course my passport will be with my employer. I couldn't understand why they are not accepting labor cards in exchange of the passport so what happened was I went to a lot of trouble of asking my officemate to fax them a copy of my passport. |

Friendly staff, got excellent offer for room, good restaurant.Perfect location close to many amenities and for catching a taxi. Free wifi in lobby but not in the rooms(?). Pool could be refurbished. Rooms could be refurbished... |

Paid a little extra for the executive room and really liked it - very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was included and all the charges, fees and screwyacausewecan taxes were included in the price, which was explained when I checked in - very reasonable. I stayed here before, there's no shuttle to the airport, which is a problem. There are no taxis in the morning, so don't think about trying to flag one down - you'll miss your flight. I enjoyed my stay, but checked out a day early to go to a hotel closer to the airport that offered shuttle service. |

The friendly approach of the hotel staff. Everyone was very helpful. This is in the heart of Shopping and we enjoyed the walk till late night. |

Hotel is well run with helpful staff and good facilities. There is an excellent British style pub and Indian restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast buffet slightly overpriced. |
