1. Hotel Staff - Professional and Friendly 2. Hotel facilities - Clean, Sheraton quality This is my second time to stay at the hotel. They not only remembered me but I received a nice letter from the Hotel Mgr welcoming me back to the Hotel. Now I know that they picked this up from their Database, but really, how many hotels still do this? And at a average hotel night price of USD$100? The room was very clean and well stocked. The room service was very good as usual. They didn't wince when I asked for special things not on the menu

The Viceroy Pub was extraordinary. I felt very much at home and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only concern was that I had no ice or access to ice in my room.

I arrived at the hotel at 6:30 in the morning after a 9 hours flight very exhausted. The guy at the reception would not let me into a room until 3 P.M. I had my room rate up to aed 750 per night including taxes(10%+10%) and agreed to pay an additional aed 200 in order to have immediate access to the room but still I was told thatbI will have access only at 9 A.M. . It took me a lot of talking to get immediate access to the room . This has never happened to me with Raddisson Blu at Khor Dubai. I do not think I will book again at Sheraton Four Points

Great location, close to 2 metro stations. Very comfortable beds, fruit basket and bottled water delivered to the room every day. Heated outdoor pool and spa offered relax after a bussy day. Free ride to and from the beach was a welcomed bonus. High cost of breakfast in the hotel restaurant led us to use the room coffee making facilities instead.

This place was wonderful and a great value for the price in Dubai. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was great. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in! They also actually had magnificent soft pillows!! We didn't eat there much but the buffet we did have was excellent. The location in Bur Dubai was fabulous. Very close to the heart of the old city which is far more fun and interesting than downtown. Walking distance to the creek, souks and restaurants. Metro just a block away. Wonderful. The concierge was so friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. This hotel was terrific. There is nothing I didn't like. The only thing that would make it even better would be to offer free wi-fi in the rooms and not just the lobby area. If you need a place to stay in Dubai as a staging point for enjoying the city then this is a perfect place!
