Staff is excellent. Free wifi at hotel lobby. Room very clean and comfortable. Quiet. Concierge very helpful in arranging local tour for us. Location not very convenient as the dubai city is about 20 minutes away by taxi (some city taxi also refuse ride if destination is nearby). Hotel staff did not tell us there is free wifi at the lobby but instead ask us to pay for internet access. |

I thought the restaurant served a good meal, the room was fine, and the room service very good. I did not like them having to ring up booking.com for them to sort out my reservation, because the dates were not correct for my stay. |

As always - the stay was comfortable and clean. The staff did everything they could to make sure that I enjoyed myself and was taken care of. The food was excellent as well. I've recommended the hotel to the folks I work with and several of them have also enjoyed the stay. Nice job. |

This hotel provided excellent value for money and was in a good location for exploring Dubai. The hotel was clean, rooms spacious and attractively decorated, and the roof-top pool provided a refreshing place to escape the heat. |

Great staff - Chaminda on front desk is outstanding. Free wifi in lobby area. Great beds, good rooms. Smoking in the Yesterday bar is annoying. Cost of internet in the rooms. |

Professionalism of staff and their accommodating and helpful qualities - especially reception staff and valet parking staff. The breakfast was also good but cereal was missing, surprisingly. The gym facilities and pool were nice and new but there is no view from the gym - it was blocked! The rooms were rather bare - they could have benefited from some fruit, and the shower missed shower gel which was unacceptable. The towels were also very few (only one medium towel each), and there was only one small bottle of water provided for 2 people! Also, there was no morning newspaper. |
