The professionalism of the staff was excellent. They were bright & cheerful and always willing to provide advice / assistance as required. Nice to see the staff smiling as they went about their daily duties. I booked the hotel on-line for 4 days at a set price for the room. When I was checking out I was disappointed to find that the room rate was in fact subject to currency fluctuation. Normally when you book a room at a set price, that is the price you expect to pay on departure. |

the hotel is located in the center of Sheikh zayed road. it have good parking and the hotel is a 4++ star hotel because of its cleanliness and serivce. Thumbs up for a great hotel for a quick weekend in dubai |

The location of this hotel was excellent. "Financial Centre" metro station is just 400 meters from the Hotel, also taxis were well available. Breakfest buffet was good, loved the freshly pressed orange juice! |

excellent hotel, really don't know why this hotel isn't rated as a 5-star hotel. hotel offered a complimentary small breakfast upon early arrival until room was free. this is truly great service. |

The staff, they were really at your service! Closing time of the pool and pool bar! After a rush day at the exact time that you needed to be relaxed and have a drink beside the pool at the roof top pool bar, they were closing! |

The free parking was appreciated and the location near to the Metro was ideal. Ceramic floor tiles in the bedroom whilst the lift lobbies were carpeted. |

I liked the location, the decoration, TV, breakfast, room facilities, hotel facilites, room view The room was very small for a luxury hotel, the balcony was locked by hotel management and I could not fully enjoy the view. |
