Waves: Trendy yet relaxed restaurant, located on the beach-side with a panoramic view of the beautifully landscaped gardens and majestic Indian Ocean. Offering a delicious a la carte lunch and dinner menu, combined with it’s renowned freshly prepared seafood dishes, using top quality ingredients. Lunch 12:00 – 15:00; dinner 19:00 – 22:30.
Tropicana: A sunken pool bar surrounded by water fountains and soothing gardens. The perfect thirst quenching paradise, with an exciting variety of refreshing tropical cocktails, chilled fruit juices and a wide selection of light snacks. Opening time: 10:00 – 18:00.
All rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean and the beautiful landscapes and pools.

A Good Retreat during the holidays. The staff were very prompt and courteous. The food was Excellent with a good variety to choose from. There were ample recreational opportunities. |

It was an ok experience Over the couple of days that I spent there I experience a few let downs. major construction work was carried out outside the room. Drilling and braking tiles went on for ours, and the path to the room was soaking in water. Also, after mutliple requests to refill the mini bar with beer can, it was done after 4-5 hours and the beer Warm (not room temperature, it was actually warm). Shower water was cold in the evening and I reported it. I checked out of the resort first thing in the morning following my last night. Dissappointing. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged for us a bit earlier check in and I managed to get a late check out which was great. Buffet breakfast was great, and managers on duty was very efficient. Loved the rooms on the sides of the hotel, walked directly onto the grass by the pool. Shower didnt stay hot long enough. Waited 30 min in my room for a dental kit, after phoning 3 times. The toilets behind Waves restaurant by the beach was dirty and small, and the floors was constently wet inside the cubicles. Bar staff (90%) was not very friendly. Waves Restaurant's food was bland and overpriced. Will go to the buffet or the pub next time. |

location to beach,room & balcony all good, Beach access.& food lovely. .The trip to Snoopy island snorkelling was very good.We were allowed 2 hrs extra after checkout time so we could shower after the trip tar on beach. Accessing the snorkelling trip was difficult. reception had toldus we couldnt book the trip,just to turn up 15mins early. We did this and found you had to book after all & it was fully booked so we missed the trip for that day.Went the next day however! |

Typical mediocre UAE hotel; the best thing about it is the location as it is in Fujairah on a beautiful stretch of a sandy beach. It is absolutely fine for a night stop-over or for a family holiday. I wouldn’t call it exciting, luxurious or romantic, in fact there is nothing that distinguishes this hotel from other hotels in the area. It is not set up for young people at all. There is no night life with all places closing at 11pm and the only bar that is open has a very loud and out-of-tune karaoke band and no atmosphere; the drinks are ok, but you are not allowed to enjoy them outside (and escape the band) on a beautiful November evening. TV Music channel did not work. The staff, although genuinely willing to help, are not always well trained to actually be helpful. |

We often stay at your hotel, and it is perhaps our favourite place to relax during busy business periods for my husband. The layout is so relaxing and open, and one hardly feels like one is in an hotel, but more like a home from home. As much as we love your hotel, we DID notice a couple of things about our Ocean View Room 5004, and thought we would mention them to you.One half of the glass shower door is missing - one can see that it has merely come off the tiles on the wall. The bedside lamp shades are rusty, and the light on the right hand side of the bed - facing the bed, was flickering during the night and my husband had to take the globe out. The off switch for the hand shower in the shower, does not work, and this hand shower wastes water and works at the same time as the overhead shower. |

I loved the view from my room. It made me feel very relaxed & comfortable. I was looking forward to a nice holiday, which I got from Rotana. The cleanliness could have been much better. In my room (1227), there was water leakage in the washroom. This is not expected from a big name like Rotana. |

The scenary, beach and hotel dining facilities. Ye, we had no hot water at all. The cold water was also turned off for one hour and twenty minutes. When the cold water was put back on it was a dirty brown colour. I went for 2 days without a hot shower. The customer service at the hotel was shockingly poor too. |
