Tranquilite , qualité du service et environnement Pas beaucoup de choix dans les resturants. Le Méridien qui est juste à coté propose pas moins de 5restaurants tous différents au lieu de deux au Rotana |

Le calme, l'ambiance familiale, la possibilite d'excursion a Dibba a 15km La plage polluee par les hydrocarbures (nombreuses boulettes de gourdron), mais tte la cote entre Fujairah et Dibba est affectee en permanence ar ce probleme. |

rooms req upgrade out of date bathroom flooded everytime we had a shower and mini fridge wasn't working took 1st day to sort out! |

the landscaping was good , the swimming pool and around the distance from hotel to outside rooms is long and walking in hot weather is difficult ( the passages should be air conditioned ) |

The facilities and staff were excellent. Our room was very well appointed and clean. A good range of activities available and most of these were at no extra cost. Meals very good in terms of quality and value. Totally met our expectations. |

The spa does provide quality services but I would most likely opt to stay in a neighbouring hotel and just visit this hotel to use the spa, rather than stay at this hotel again. Food selection and quality was very poor in all of the outlets we tried, pool water was cloudy and room cleanliness was not very good. In comparison to the neighbouring hotels Meridien and Miramar Al Aqah, which are similar rates, these hotels offer a far better standard and restaurant selection than Rotana. |

I sun bathed and went to swim a couple of times. The best part was at night when I used to go lie down on the beach for hours clearing my head. |

Asked hotel for a non-ground floor room.... Got given a ground floor room!! The bed was the most uncomfortable I've had to sleep in for a few years..! Buffer dinner was, I would say below average for choice, and price is now aed140-00 each plus service plus taxes plus drinks. |

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the beach is very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful location. |

Would never go there again The hotel is rated as a 5 star hotel, it is at best 3 star. Rooms are small and uncomfortable (humidity made the floor and walls wet). |

Must remove the question Is the hotel or do not drink alcohol prior to the development of a refrigerator in the hotel. Because some Muslims and Aicherbon alcohol The swimming pool was very, very small |

A fabulous destination where you will be pampered and totally relaxed The pool bar and poolside area were very busy on Friday so the staff were unable to cope and service was extrememly slow. The overall impression was one of total chaos and lack of management - but this still did not spoil our stay, as there were so many other food and drink facilities to use instead! |

the sports facilities were very good Service from staff was terrible, with wrong bills, food took ages at the restaurant and when it arrived cold we were told it was okay they could microwave it hot again!!! mini bar didn't work in either of the rooms, and despite check in at 2, our rooms were not ready till near 5. |
