i liked the size of the rooms & the balcony there was no hot water, it was only tepid. Also is was too far from the tourist areas. |

The hotel location relatively is not in the busy area but, it is not far away from shopping malls and excess to the city transportation. The parking area is too small, and limited tv channels. |

We stayed at 3 bedrooms apartment in Golden Sand 10, it is reasonable for a family of 6, clean and spacious. The free Internet connection (wireless) was awfully slow and only available at the lobby. |

Very comfortable. Towels were not sufficient i.e. 4 towels were originally given but only 3 replaced the next day. Staff claim insufficient number of towels ! Even toilet paper was not replenished. |

Location is good, closed to the airport and Dubai Creek. Hotel is old and room smells mouldy. We kept the window open all night long to overcome this. |

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The facilities provided were good, except few things..Overall, is worth spending mooney at golden sands..and the rate at which booking.com offered it...fabulous.. Some kitchen services could be improved, and drinking water can be provided in the cost of the hotel.. |

Its a well maintained and a clean setup. I also liked it coz its comfortable, best value for money setup which i could get in Dubai. The hotel didnt have a centralised computer system to track the customer's bulding/room allotment, which was really time consuming. |

Supportive staff, quiet, not much disturbances. All requests with Housekeeping & maitenance were attended promptly. Tour Desk in GS-3 (Ms. De Costa) guidance on the tour plan helped a lot. All the staff in the hotel & restaurant are very courteous. I would prefer to stay in GS in my future trips to Dubai. No lifeguard in the swiming pool, of course it was clearly notified. But, a lifeguard would be of great help. Especially for parents with young childeren can relax while the kids swiming. Buffet breakfast with limited choice of food only. |

I ricived a good and polied reception from Hotel staff.Cleanliness of my room and the value was fair the view and noise of earcondicheners located in the balconies. |

Rooms are very good at 5, services are good . staff ere friendly and nice . I enjoyed my staying . thank you Location was not easy for me to find at the begining however, later I was ok. Parking was good althogh spaces was not enough for large cars |

Room was clean and tidy and was kept so by the room boys. Very secure and safe Spread out too much and the booking conformation did not specify which one of the 10 seperate buildings it was. Taxi had a hard job locating my accomodation |
