The location of the hotel is the plus point and also the always ready to help staff. The pans in the kitchen need to be changed and a few of smaller size should be added |

We liked the comfort of our room The breakfast does not have enough western hot food for breakfast. We do not like spicy sausages and the fried eggs were not cooked properly . |

Clean and good location. When I checked out I was able to hang around in the hotel.. use the free internet, pool business room etc no... However, there was a minor mix up with the rooms but it was sorted out straight away. |

Well planned and equipped hotel. Basic but good value for money. The beds in G5 are of very low quality and I will not come back until they are replaced with good quality beds. You need better computers in the business centre and better connection. They are very slow. The bathroom and MEP systems are getting old and need to be replaced. |

It is quite, clean and suitable for families. Free Parking is available although the hotel is located in a busy area. The swimming pool area is dark at night and I would suggest adding more light sources in the swimming pool itself and the setting area around it. |

I love the apartments. Basic but you have a fridge, cooker, washing machine and a couch to relax on. It's not like hotels where you have to eat out all the time and use the laundry service which is always too expensive! They even have free wifi in the cafe if you can figure out all the settings you need to connect! Hotel staff, rude, useless. Do not expect for them to help you in any way. They don't care. |

The location is Ok. Price was decent., It was BAD..The shower had fungus or some kind of dirt...The bidet had a weird design...checked out early the next day (without taking shower) |

It is the first time me and my family have stayed at the golden sands apartments and it was fine.you could come and go as you please there was no real concerns The swimming pool was too small and appeared uninviting. |

Good Service, Cleanliness of rooms and co-operative staff Being a hotel apartment, Bathroom should have hand shower at least in the bath tub to give shower to kids.Drying line to be provided in all the rooms. |
