I liked the fact we was all in the same apartment not different rooms,i also like that we can cook what we like , It was easy to get taxi's outside The master bathroom was not clean,the kitchen cupboards was not cleaned out from previous guests |

its room and facilities provided inside the room is just appropriate for a family on city tour. It provided only one bottle of drinking water as complementary during stay and charge for additional water bottle is disproportionately higher defeating the purpose of staying in a hotel aprtment. |

The restuarant had free internet access. Hotel Staff at Golden Sands 5...very unfriendly.A very cold atmostphere.Was supposed to stay for 3 nights,but checked out the following day. |

hotel was comfortable and clean. i found that you staff were abrupt and they gave the vipe that they really didnt want to be on the job, werent not pleaseant in general. aside from cleanig the apartment when i rang reception to send someone to have a look at TV i had to ask three times to get the hotel staff to do it |

It was nice to have kinda kitchen in the hotel room and super market just behind the corner. Gym was also ok. Locasion is really boring what it comes to neigbourhood but on the other hand it's not far away from the metrostation. I wasn't too happy with the service that I got from the reception staff. They did not feel friendly but just doing the things that they had to. I was also promised to get an internet cable to my room but it never appeared etc... |

Well located The staff was indifferent, inefficient handling at the time of booking, they demanded to email the credit card details (CVV number) which we are told by banks not to disclose, bad pillows, too costly for the comfort and facilities they provide. |

I like the type of rooms, Lobby Area and reception is Quite well and Its worthwhile in Staying Golden Sands. Also my Association with Golden sands is Not New. This is a Good Property for Staying in Dubai. |

Location of the hotel is convenient to reach everywhere in Dubai. I didnt have any difficulty about pick-up a taxi. I didn't like bathroom. It is in poor condition. |

Location, near Gold Market, Dubai Mall, Burjman Mall and not far from Sharja too. Do not take the hotel taxi and only take the yellow taxi is fairer as they use the meter. |

Good value, confortable. Front desk staff unfriendly, not helpfull at all. Not easy to find even after several days, every time had to drive around several times to find it. Unfornately the staff seem not to know the street address or no access local map was available. |

the rooms were comfortable and lacked nothing needed by a family the casualness in settling finances. my friend and I stayed separate rooms separate bills yet they would lump both bills and say you can settle difference you are friends we did not appreciate this |

The apartment was quiet comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Proximity wise, it is a small distance away from many shopping areas. The TV in the room did not have enough channels and the available channels were not of great quality ( picture wise).The hotel reception was very old looking and need's a makeover. |

Friendly service, efficient reception, pleasant and well equipped rooms, pool. The hotel could have informed a little earlier that by leaving before 6 pm, we would have saved 25% of the room rate. |
